At this visit, the number of pizzas available on the buffet was lacking. It didn't seem as though staff were paying attention to keeping them coming out. However, everything was clean and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Everyone there seemed to be having a good time.

We took our young niece here for dinner because it is a fun place at a good price. I wanted to write this review not about the food, it’s good for the price but the service we received was excellent from the check in, dining room, food counter and game area. Special kudos-12 stars to Samantha in the game area!! When we asked about the bumper car ride, first employee we asked told us no it’s not open. Our second request, we asked Samantha and she said yes! Mind you she was at the opposite side of the building where the ride was. We excitedly told the kids at the air hockey table s that the bumper car ride is opening, they were all surprised. The ride filled up and everyone had a blast! All their smiling faces were priceless!! Thank you Samantha you ROCK!!

Given this place 2 chances and both times ive gone they hardly ever have pizzas out. They only ever have 1 full pizza out and of course it gets taken up real quick since everyone is waiting on it.

Food was bland service was spotty except for the cleaning crew. The atmosphere was festive lots of impromptu parties. Games were expensive but the kids were happy. This place used to be head and shoulders above Chucky cheese but now they are on equal footing.

I’ve been coming to this Gattitown since I was a child, now I bring my own children to play. I’m in awe how this Gattis after almost 20 years is still standing and running smoothly. This establishment has its ups and downs but can’t beat the family pack discount 60 dollars for a 40 dollar game card and 4 buffets. The arcade isn’t the best but it’s till great for a kid who wants to pass the time. All in all it’s great for families. Clean establishment and good buffet selections.
