We reserved a table over a week in advance to see a band play, and the hostess seated of us at a table that was directly behind a very large pole with no view of the stage. where I encouraged the hostess to move the table so that I would have a view of at least 2/3 at this stage It was very frustrating and inappropriate for the evening a band was playing.

Very fun jazz brunch. Restaurant is very cool and the food is very good. The plus was listening to some very cool jazz during our meal. Definitely worth checking out.

Server seemed confused most of the time. Took 20 mins to bring simple bottle of champagne, which served kept asking about. Confused by wanting glasses of orange juice. Orders were questioned multiple times about why did not want a sauce. Hair in an egg dish, french toast was mush. Just not good. Expensive, a hassle and poor food. Hair in the eggs got us 15 off the bill. Thanks

All of the food and cocktails were amazing and the ambience/decor was absolutely incredible! We are so lucky we found Geraldine's for a 21st birthday brunch. If you valet, make sure to ask the host(ess) for the code which reduces the cost significantly.

Great food (order the 72-hour short ribs), cocktails and service! Loved the ambiance too. Will definitely return.

Our first visit to Geraldine's was just delightful. The food, service and ambience were great and the music - lil Mad Rad whom we'd come to hear - fabulous. It would've been a five star experience except that when we went to get our car in the Quincy parking garage, our car was booted. Even though we thought we had paid. The garage has poor cell service and apparently the payment process didn't complete. So that cost us $200 to get the boot removed and ended the evening on a sour note. I know this isn't Geraldine's fault but perhaps the management could contact Public Parking to try to try to prevent this from happening in future. It is part of the overall customer experience. Their # is 844 236 2011. We are appealing the charge with them but rather doubt we'll be successful.

Been a long time since being out I was in love with every bite. Huge portions for a typical New American cuisine place. Everything was packed with deep yet bright flavor and paced well to allow us to enjoy and savor. Skeleton staff, but that's most places these days, and yet they are on the ball, perfectly attentive, and gracious. We sat outside to watch the sunset before dinner - there are a few restaurant seats out there. Otherwise, the seating is spacious and uncrowded.

I love how they have FREE VALET PARKING. But you can't get your car request if you don't leave a tip which is not bad at all because these guys are quick and traffic is smooth infront of the hotel. And to think this is downtown. Very good service with the Valet! Restaurant experience was good. From the host to our server. It's quite a wait but very understandable it's the weekend + the guest from the hotel eats here too. The food came out hot so no complains at all. Taste: I like my food, my husband loved his. My 8 years old loved her ranch and chicken fingers (They're not serving fries with it but they make an exception for us) appreciate it so much, my 1 year old loved her seasonal fruit served chilled so another 🫶🏻 on that. Ambiance: Was very chill. It's where we start our Sunday and I didn't regret coming here. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful space. Very trendy but not off putting. Prices were Austin high but what you would expect for the place. Creative and tasty dishes that were easily shareable. Great service.

Parking: It's in the hotel so used their valet which was super reasonable. $15 downtown in a weekend.

Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was not full and I was alone and hostess only allowed me to sit at the bar or outside despite many tables being open on the inside. Those same tables were still unoccupied after I had left. I ordered two dishes and they were both brought to me at the same time instead of in sequence. Not only did the food get cold by the time I started my second dish, but the speed also made me feel like I was at a fast food restaurant almost making me feel like they were just trying to turn tables super fast. Overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Delicious brunch and drinks! Such a lovely venue and they do live music here too. Big range of choice for food. The biscuit starters were my fav. Perfect for a celebration event with friends!

Ambiance was good. It was inside a hotel with a great atmosphere. Food was good, I went for brunch and there wasn't a big crowd. Service was also good. Overall, I recommend it as a good place to get together with friends
