On December 20, 2025 approximately 4 PM it was a black gentleman at an expo window who was gonna put his finger on my phone now me as a food delivery driver I was on an order. He said he couldn’t see it. All he had to do was ask me to scroll down, but instead he wanted to be smart and say that he could not see it the name of the company there’s a lot of customer servers who likes to either put their fingers or hands on food delivery driver‘s phone when they’re not supposed to because if it breaks and he gets a hold of it, who’s gonna pay for it? You guys need to train this gentleman amongst who else is doing this? Unprofessional now, if you don’t like your job quit find a different job. You guys ain’t the only restaurant that does this all restaurant shouldn’t be putting their fingers or hands on another food delivery driver’s phone especially a customer.

Many vendors have excellent food! However, the setup of this place is totally wrong. Reason one, customers cannot see the vendor kitchens, the place’s vibe is cold and uninvited. Reason two, they don’t even allow customers to sit inside during business hours. There’s vast space of sitting area locked away from customers. What’s the point?

The GhostLine Kitchen was PHENOMENAL! Me and a number of my classmates hosted our 10 year UT ALUM Reunion at this venue. Not only was Helky (Community Manager) amazing to work with, but she was there to assist us on the day of our event with any questions or concerns that we had.
The space was clean and included everything that we needed to have a successful event. Furthermore, at the conclusion of our event the staff was amazing in assisting us with trash bags, and cleaning supplies to ensure we could leave the space as we received it.
I HIGHLY recommend leveraging GhostLine Kitchen, if you have future events. They have an amazing kitchen, and tons of space for any type of event you can think of!

One word to describe my whole experience, PERFECT. Ghostline kitchens is a great business concept. Thanks to Shalou (CEO and cofounder) and to Helky ( community manager) you guys were great. Our birthday party celebration could not have been better. Parking wasn’t an issue, it has a covered patio to accommodate a dj, seating and a dance floor. An indoor multipurpose space with ac and two bathrooms, which is nice for big parties. My favorite part is they have in-house chefs to cater your event. Shoutout to Chef Sam Villarreal. Your mexican food was delicious. Highly recommended.
