A cute and vibrant bar located on South Lamar near Alamo Drafthouse — I like to pop by for a pre or post-movie beverage. Their drink menu rotates with the seasons along with the decorations. All of the bartenders I’ve met have been great — shoutout to Britnee who I always love to see. Great for a date night or girls night.

This was my first time visiting this bar during the Christmas season, and I was truly impressed by the atmosphere. The bar is beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a warm and inviting vibe that makes it a great place to relax and hang out with friends.
I ordered the frozen Rockin’ Around the Hibiscus Marg, which was refreshing and well made. The price was very reasonable for the quality. What made the experience even better was the bartender — she was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The space is stylish and comfortable, with plenty of nice spots to sit and take photos, and it never felt crowded or overwhelming. Overall, I had a great experience. The combination of the festive ambiance, good-quality drinks, friendly staff, and fair pricing makes this bar a wonderful place to spend time during the holidays or for a casual night out with friends. I would definitely come back again.😊🎄

Had a great time tonight at Gibson, the Christmas decorations were out of this world. Even though it was super busy, dude with gauges ceddy made us feel really welcome and was quick with our drinks despite a ton of people in there. Would definitely come back

If you are coming to Gibson, you have to hope Ceddi is behind the bar. He isn’t just a bartender; he’s the main event. Not only are his drinks incredible (ask for the Griswold, it changed my life), but his energy is unmatched. Even with a packed bar, he managed to make everyone feel like a VIP. He’s fast, funny, and has an uncanny ability to know exactly what you need before you even order it. Ceddi turned a regular night out into a core memory. We will definitely be coming back just to see him!

Was themed for the holidays, and that's why we went. The restrooms are in a trailer, and are a huge safety hazard, I saw someone fall down them during my visit and they did not seem okay after.
Drinks were priced okay for Austin.
