The food was excellent as always, I usually visit this place a lot at least every other week. I particularly caught the attention of a waitress named Catherine. I loved her attention and good vibes so much that I didn't hesitate to ask her name. Her service is excellent. From now on, every time I visit this place, I will tell them that she will take care of me.

The food quality has gone massively down this is our first time back since COVID and it's just not what it used to be. The mixed drinks were not on point, The beef fajita meat was bland dry and kind of looked like leftover odds and ends. I've always had a good experience with Gloria's but granted most of that was up in DFW.IDK, Will try it again in a month then see if it was just a off day.

The best yucca frita I’ve had in years being in the USA! Also their brisket tacos are fantastic! Perfect positions too. You will not be disappointed. The place is nice and clean, perfect atmosphere and the servers are great..
Gloria's it a great place to eat and enjoy live music. Especially if you love salsa. downside is that they don't take reservations.

This most recent experience was the final nail in the coffin. Over the years, I've had the unfortunate displeasure of spices being gradually phased out of each dish. Now, this food has the flavor profile of a woman who's on a first name basis with the staff at Lululemon. The paper napkins are probably spicier than the salsa, and the water has more lard than the beans. Latin food is supposed to be full of flavor! No quiero más.
