I like the food just fine. I just think the prices are high for the portion size that you get. For example the last time I went there I got a 2 piece combo and a piece of fish Al cart well the drum stick of chicken was so tiny it shouldn't been saved for a kids meal. And the extra piece of fish that I paid $3 for was so tiny and curled up that I felt they could've at least gave me 2 small pieces like that so it could at least made a partial filet. Very disappointing $20 for the tiny pieces of meat.
Bruh what is this black stuff inside my drink. I was choking and I checked and there’s black stuff in there. And I said no gravy on my mash. Girl in the drive through can’t take orders for nothing. Talking about I can refund you since you charged me for a barbecue even though it comes with the meal. And no I asked for gravy on the side since I don’t like NO GRAVY. And I said both orders spicy. She only did one. It ain’t that hard, it’s literally just chicken.

For about twice the cost of KFC i am surprised at how soggy the chicken tenders are + how small the portion sizes are (even though the very nice people working there gave us some extra)
It really is crazy that a place with chicken in the name fumbles so hard at what it claims to specialize in, especially when compared to whataburger which silently excels at the chicken strip despite not really advertising it

Walked in expecting mediocre service and was blown away with great customer service and the food was dynamite out of sight GREAT!!!! Can't wait to go back there to try the fish and roasted chicken.....

Got our tea wrong at the drive through. Tried to go in to fix it at the fountain, and they wouldn’t let us in despite the fact it was 15 minutes before the dining room closed.
Also, the tea was 3.50 when most golden chicks sell it for a dollar. Do not go to this location
