I pre-ordered today. They gave me double fries and no roll. We got mashed potatoes instead of the Mac n cheese I substituted and no utensils. The bag was stapled so I didn't check before I left. 😞
And a women behind the counter scratched her head and her face before getting fries for an order. She didn't put on a glove or anything.

came here yesterday & I pull up to the drive thru & you can smell the foul smell coming from the business like old grease made a order & my food wasn't fully cooked my okra wasn't fully cooked & my chicken strips either I felt like throwing up🤢 🤢🤮😷 never going back here again
Came in on 12/22/2025, sometime around 2:30-3:00. Food was excellent, the spicy chicken sandwich was hot, fresh and juicy, with the perfect amount of spice. I'm really writing about the service though, the lady at the counter was very nice. Her and the young man were working together like a real team. When the young man gave me my sandwich (which I could actually see him assembling it with care) he was so polite, I've never seen a young person working fast food be so incredibly polite and genuine with their customer service. Customer service can be hard, especially around the holidays when people start losing their minds,I know, I too work in a restaurant. Anyway, give that fella some kudos, tell him he's doing a great job. I'll be back for sure.

The Tenders Are So TINY!!! Just went the other day and i remember why i STOPPED going here. In the last fee years i would almost ALWAYS get huge tenders and sometimes i would find extra tenders in my box so i would visit often on a daily basis. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. My 3 piece tenders looked more like 2 tenders cut into 3 pieces very dissapointed in the dirreccion this place is headed

“Just stop coming here,” I whisper to myself as the attendant tells me to pull my car forward. Every single time I come here, it’s an outrageously slow line or they’re not ready for my very obvious order: fried chicken. Why are they not prepared to make fried-freaking-chicken with fried okra? It doesn’t need to be fresh! It’s fast food! It’s a drive thru! Which means…I want it fast!
