On 11-19-2024, I stopped by for the 3 piece combo. The chicken wasn't freshly cooked. It was old, stale and greasy. It was nothing compared to my last visit. In addition the staff...specifically one young lady working behind the counter. She didn't speak English and seemed to get annoyed that I asked her a question. As if she was insulted that I assumed she spoke English. Why would you have someone dealing with customers who can't speak English ? I am very disappointed with my visit and have submitted a more detailed complaint to your corporate office. I hope you address it immediately.

By far the worst if you want fresh golden do not come here at all I been calling since I left the place I sat down to enjoy my lunch instantly ruined roll hard as a brick tendys dry and old not spicy at all gravy tasted chalky fried stale I mean come on it was lunch time why isn’t the food fresh granted it’s fast food but to charge a arm and a leg and the food is cruddd is insane

I didn't like the treatment, I asked for my order in English, which is not the best, but if I make myself understood, the man who served me acted like he didn't understand me and charged me some Sgl Okra of $3.29 if they gave them to me, but since I didn't I had ordered them, I returned them, I had not realized that they had already charged me, in my order of 4 TdrSpacy combo I ordered mash sgl and fries, they had not given me the fries, but they had given me the okra that they charged me for and I did not ask for them, Apart from that, the lobby was very dirty, the bathrooms smelled very bad, I didn't like the treatment they gave us.

I only gave it 4 🌟 because they ran out of chicken legs. But the staff was extremely kind and didn't have any issue giving me a substitute. The fries were on point. The rolls were a little disappointing but I did go at night so maybe these guys were tired. It was busy but overall I would go back only because the service was great!!

It was pretty good, love their bread rolls and the jalepeno poppers were perfect. All of the tables were dirty and we were the only customers inside.
First time trying it and I ordered 3 pieces and the 3rd piece was a joke. Flavor was interesting ?? but again it was first time trying it

I just left got a child's tenders asked and paid for a small gravy and when I hot home NO gravy this is the third time it's happened even after I told them about the last 2xs I PAID for gravy!!
