Every time we go here we ask for spicy tenders and they give us regular. I haven't been in a while so forgot to check before I got home but this is the third time. Seems intentional at this point.

The people that work there are pleasant and will do whatever is needed to be done to make your time spent there and is well worth it. Not to mention the chicken machine. It's dang near addictive.
Extremely disappointed and shaken by our experience here. We drove all the way from Houston with our family, including a baby, looking forward to a good time but were instead met with rudeness and hostility from a staff member named Anthony in the picture attached. From the moment we arrived and requested to let us in as the store closes at 10:00 and it was 9:30; they close the dine in area at 9:00, the staff was unwelcoming and very unhelpful. Instead of assisting or answering questions, they were dismissive and condescending. What made the situation even worse was that when Anthony aggressively told us to “leave now” and escalated the situation by showing an object in a threatening manner as if to intimidate or harm us. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering we had a baby with us. We expected a welcoming environment and left feeling shocked and deeply disturbed.

Worst restaurant ever that i have been too. It was mentioned on the restaurant door that the restaurant is gonna be closed at 10 and they stopped serving it from 9pm. The employee named Anthony in this restaurant should be fired . He was threatening us with a knife after we had an argument with him , which was started by him and secondly we had a baby also with us , he didn’t even cared at all and was still threatening us. The owner of this branch should fire him asap.
You have to show a receipt to use the restroom, this place is the worst don't eat here they don't treat anyone right. I had to go so bad and then this lay was giggling at me.

The food was okay but the service could have been way better. 1 whoever the kitchen team member was is lazy as ever. When I open my bundle box of wicked wings they wasn't package the correct way she just throw my chicken all in the box rolls everywhere plus 4 sides dishes were small asf a toddler could have eaten those sides on their own. I won't ever be visiting Golden Chick again I rather go to church chicken for all that.
