The manager was so rude, we came to dine-in after a long day. My 8 year old son was in a rush to use the restroom and he denied it because he said it wasn’t open (lied) he was even mean to my son. Then We heard the (manager) saying that he just cleaned and don’t want us to go in After that he said to me (rude mode) that it’s not the law to provide restrooms for costumers And act so rude to me! “This it’s what I know about laws in Texas “” retail spaces like restaurants – must provide toilet facilities to customers, patrons, and visitors at all hours of operation unless the establishment meets one of the two exceptions listed. That’s it. End of story.

I have been going to golden chick for 20 years and the drive thru guy here has ruined all golden chick for me. He really needs to get a clue about customer service. I will never go to another golden chick anywhere.

The caisher is rude and never patient 😒.. I tried it twice and thought it was me.... BUT nawwwww, if dnt like ur job than find something better. He is straight rude 😤 and take forever to serve you in the lobby and drive thru with no one in the lobby..

Jose the manager is running a great program. He makes things right with the customers and always has a great attitude. The chicken was fresh and the food was great!..watching him and his team work i could tell his employees respect him!

Came through the drive thru today the gentleman working the window gave me some hope when I was in a hopeless place. It must have been all over my face. I thank him of course but I hope the company takes a moment a recognize the asset he is. We live in a fast angry world and for him to step outside himself shows the character of this man. I didn't get his name but find him and bless him.
