Everything taste like shellfish since they don't clean the fryer oil often enough. Stick to chicken some are allergic to shellfish.

This was my first time going to golden chick. My co workers bragged about how good the food is here. Well I ordered the two piece fried cat fish with shrimps only to get two pieces of cat fish so skinny that it look like chicken tenders and the inside was not even fluffy it was hard. My co workers got baked chicken with mash potatoes. He had more gravy than potatoes. I tried to call and complain about my order but their number does not work. The sad part about this is I drove 25 minutes to get this for our lunch. So heart breaking to have this as my first time trying. To spend almost $50 you would think the meals would be love. I’m only giving a two star because the lady in drive thru was very sweet. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Very good chicken spot. I love almost all fried chicken and you are able to get a lot of food for a good price. Although I don't think it is as good as chick fi la, it is definitely up there as one of the better spots to go. The drive thru is always very quick and you are never waiting a long time.
The only golden chick that gives you soft, undercooked fries and also somehow the chicken is dry on the inside and moist on the outside.
