Got a gallon of tea in a plastic bag and it leaked all over my trucks carpet by the time i got home it was half gone tried calling 4 times to see if could get out on the books for a free one and no one answered. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Very upset that i wasted $6 on a plastic bag of tea just for it to leak all over my truck.

I tried phoning ahead but their phone doesn’t work so I drove 10 miles across town in 6 o’clock traffic for them to tell me they were sold out of shrimp at 6 o’clock on a Tuesday? What a poorly managed place this is.Footnote: I should have read the reviews first and saved myself a trip. They are consistently bad.Thanks for the reply but the fact is if the phone was working I could have saved myself a trip and GC a bad review.

I went last Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m.Quick service and clean tables/RestRoom.French Fries and food were very tasty.Not too many customers in the drive through line, or eating inside.

I so wanted their butterfly shrimp to he good. Ordered pickup for whole family. When we got home was missing the catfish combo and extra fries. Shrimp that was advertised on tv was ok. Not great and not awful, just ok. I so wanted good fried shrimp.

I live about 45 miles from this restaurant, and don't come near it often. I had forgotten where it was, and how good it was! I bought a large assortment of Chicken, fish and shrimp to take home and put in my freezer. They were so co-operative with the mix I wanted, and this is the second I have done this. I will definately keep my freezer full, as soon as I use up an order. The best by far, in service and taste in this area, DELICIOUS!

Their tenders are the best-fried chicken in Austin bar none. The service is great and the iced tea is fantastic! I could eat lunch there 5 days a week.

ONLY thing I buy here are the chicken strips. They are AMAZING. Make sure or get the lotta zing powder and just sprinkle it over your entire meal. Gives it a great flavor.Service is good but lines can be long to order at the drive thru.I have never dined in so not sure what that would be like.
