I drove into Austin from the Dallas area the day before Thanksgiving and stopped at Golden Corral to pickup the individual Holiday dinner platter's dinner I had placed by telephone a few days before. Somehow the order was lost but the manager and multiple employees sought to help me with rectifying the situation. They were all so kind and apologetic and my order was ready within 15 minutes. During that very short wait time I was directed to sit at a table and given a complimentary beverage. I felt very well cared for and I could feel their sincere wish to make up for the error. The serving sizes were huge and each meal was delicious!
I definitely will be ordering from this location in the future. 😊

Good at keeping the buffet areas clean. Everything was hot except the pizza, Ice cold for some reason. Everything tasted good. Didn't have to wait long between refills.

The food at Golden Corral was adequate and about what I expected, but the service really missed the mark. Our server consistently checked on the tables around us and offered them drink refills, but never came back to ask if we needed anything—even after we had been there for over 45 minutes. It made the experience feel a bit overlooked. Overall, it was okay, but the service definitely needs improvement.

It was Thanksgiving and of course they were totally slammed all day. That did not affect the service, quality of the food, the entire atmosphere was off the charts great. The manager was very polite, making sure anything necessary was taken care of, though I did not see or notice anything that needed a managers attention, everything was totally under control. Everyone, the kitchen staff, wait staff hostesses, all were doing more than their personal job keeping everything flowing like a well oiled machine.
By far this was the best, most well organized, and the entire staff worked together, restaurant of this type I have ever been to.
The most memorable aspect would have to be how well all the workers worked together, even the patrons were leagues above par. It felt like a really huge family reunion, where everyone in the family got along and loved each other in spirit, not just paying the word lip service.

Marquee advertising Thanksgiving dinner for $17.99. I was charged $18.99, talk to the manager and he said well it is wrong I will fix it.
