I drove into Austin from the Dallas area the day before Thanksgiving and stopped at Golden Corral to pickup the individual Holiday dinner platter's dinner I had placed by telephone a few days before. Somehow the order was lost but the manager and multiple employees sought to help me with rectifying the situation. They were all so kind and apologetic and my order was ready within 15 minutes. It was Thanksgiving and of course they were totally slammed all day. That did not affect the service, quality of the food, the entire atmosphere was off the charts great. The manager was very polite, making sure anything necessary was taken care of, though I did not see or notice anything that needed a managers attention, everything was totally under control. Everyone, the kitchen staff, wait staff hostesses, all were doing more than their personal job keeping everything flowing...

The food was some of the best food I've ever tasted for a golden corral especial I think they call it Ms.Bee chicken all the food had good flavor. The service was not good customer service my waitress only had my table to wait on she never came by my table to see if we wanted refills there was another waitress who had 6 or 7 tables and she was taking care of all her customers, I felt a little disrespected but I understand what type of world we live in and I'll just say...
