Great boba tea! Best I've found locally. Also has locations in Asia.

Just left gong cha this evening. I had paid $15 dollars for 2 coffees including a tip. I went to use the bathroom after paying for my coffees.

1.) they had barricaded the door to the restroom with a chair.

I overlooked the chair because as a paying customer I should be allowed and entitled to using your establishments public restroom.

Before I could even enter the bathroom, I overheard one of the girls working complaining to her coworkers she “just closed the bathroom” not even 15 minutes to close. Why take my service if I can’t even use the restroom?

I stepped outside because I overheard her talking about me in a very condescending manner. She told me “sorry, the restrooms are closed”.

2.) Why are the bathrooms closed 15 minutes before the establishment is even closed for the evening? Very poor customer service.

Burnt and bitter tasting tea. How you gonna mess up green tea and ohlong tea?? Had to throw away. Customer service is bad too. What a waste.

The Boba is bomb, but the service is not up to par. 2 girls just sitting on their phones not even acknowledging that a customer walked in the door. Payed on the machine while they sat there and it asked me if i wanted to tip??They honestly seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I said thank you so much on the way out and they said nothing.

Really good boba!

Could the cashier be any more pissed off or have an attitude of an irritable child.

If you’re gonna be miserable, go home or better yet don’t work here.

I generally like this chain but at this location they somehow put all the syrup or something concentrated at the bottom and didn’t mix it so it was plain milk plus gross flavor at the bottom.

got a oolong milk tea and mango green tea. oolong tastes like it has cleaning product in it. mango green tea has mango pulp that tasted like a mango popped in it. don't recommend try anywhere else on the strip! I get boba a lot and very disappointed especially since two medium drinks are $13??? love a refund!

The mango milk slush with mango popping pearls was amazing.

My favorite pearl oolong tea latte!
As a Taiwanese, I highly recommend ordering this one. I drank pearl oolong lattes every day when I was in Taiwan! It’s super gooooood!

My favorite is the lemon wintermelon with basil seeds!

I come here for my mango milk cravings when I have it though I'm a little disappointed that they don't have bubble waffles anymore. I haven't tried the boba but you can't really mess up the jelly I don't come here for any of the rest of the menu since it is just farther out for me and its very average.
