It's pretty good. It's located inside the upscale hotel. The interior is beautiful indeed. The croissant has a very unusual and tasty filling I've never tasted before and I bake a lot myself.

The croissant wasn’t that great, the service is horrible

Responding to a review from a year ago, staff continues to be unwelcoming and rude. Too bad, the croissant we had was descent enough for me to want to try again. Probably wont be coming back.

Great coffee

This was, without exaggeration, bad bad latte. The milk was overheated to the point that it burned my tongue — a clear sign the staff don’t know how to properly steam milk or prepare coffee. For a café that presents itself as high quality, this is simply unacceptable.

Average coffee place. It is clearly an hotel coffee shop: try to get it quick (even it has a line) but not fancy. It gets the job done if you have no time to go somewhere else.

Awesome service and coffee for an afternoon pick me up! Inside the Fairmont, but open to the public.

The croissants are out of this world!

Cute little cafe with tasty bakery items, to-go salads, sandwiches, and souvenirs. On the first level inside the building. Friendly staff.

Usually disappointed with hotel coffee but this was actually quite good. The Chocolate croissant was yummy as well but $9 for it is CRAZY. Flavored lattes also ran for $8-9. 4 stars instead of 5 bc of the steep prices

Went today for the first time. The pastries are delicious but their sandwiches - at least the Parisian one - are not good. I paid $14 for a stale, hard piece of bread it was sooo hard that it hurt my jaw every time I tried to take a bite. Ended up throwing it in the trash because it was not edible. Then, let’s get to the customer service, register lady, looked like the did not wanna be there, no fake customer service voice at least…. Looked bother when I was trying to order and tbh ruined the overall experience for me. I want my $14 back for that piece of trash sandwich I got….

Surprised by the how good the quality of the products! this place has awesome ambience and smells so fresh, located within the Fairmont Hotel lobby. Looks like top notched bakery, the desserts are very appealing to the eye and super delicious! I will come here again any time I visit Austin, probably even will stay in this hotel?
