The pizzas here are truly unique and taste great, cooked to perfection in their coal-fired ovens. While the restaurant space has a classic feel, the dine-in atmosphere could be better (the server was slow). However, their pickup service is excellent and consistently quick.

We had a wonderful experience at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for families and kids. The staff was friendly, patient, and made us feel right at home.

We tried the Tuscan Veg Pizza and the Tomato Garlic Bruschetta, and both were fantastic. The Tuscan Veg Pizza had a perfect balance of fresh veggies and that signature coal-fired crust — thin, crisp, and full of flavor. The Tomato Garlic Bruschetta was fresh, vibrant, and seasoned just right, with a great garlic kick.

Overall, Grimaldi’s is an excellent spot for a relaxed family outing with great food and great service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for amazing pizza in a family-friendly setting!

This Grimaldi’s location has gone downhill over the last couple of years. The food is decent, but inconsistent. The service used to be great but has been very disappointing over the last year or so with lots of staff turn over. We don’t visit nearly as often as we used to and after our most recent visit of being ignored leading us to walk out, will likely not go back.

We ordered the pizza and calzone. Calzone filling was too sweet and just ricotta. The calzone was thin crust and didn’t stay crisp, just soggy. Pizza was fine, nothing to write home about. Bottom was black with soot. Need to clean oven or something. I was excited to come here but won’t be coming back.

They close down in the middle of the day for “stoking hour” instead of cleaning at night. Avoid like the plague.

This was fun, the boys (ages 4 and 8) really enjoyed playing with some dough prior to the food coming out which was not long bc the service was so fast! The food was delicious and the establishment looked very nice.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery. Got only two. Was put on hold for ten minutes when I called.Uber eats refunded, but I’m still down a pizza.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria serves up classic, thin-crust pizza that never disappoints. The crust is perfectly crisp, the cheese melts beautifully, and the toppings taste fresh and flavorful. The casual, no-frills atmosphere makes it a reliable spot for pizza lovers, whether dining in or grabbing takeout.

Happy to have this in Austin, but the sauce wasn't what you get in NYC. Weird thing. Because everything else tasted right. Service was attentive and outstanding...
