It was fabulous! To eat authentic Mexican food for vegetarians is not always easy. Definitely the best vegetarian beans I've had at a Mexican restaurant ever- not blah black beans, but actually creamy, well-spiced beans! We will definitely be returning!
This is a really special place. It was our anniversary, but we didn't want to go to a super fancy restaurant and have an extravagant, expensive dinner. We did, however, want a memorable evening with great food and service. Grizzelda's was perfect! They have a unique, very pleasant patio with chandeliers! The chandeliers add a touch of elegance to an outdoor patio. There was a large fan keeping everyone cool and comfortable. The service was as good as it gets. Out server was very quick to greet us with a warm, welcoming smile and a glass of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We didn't expect that! Our server helped us understand the menu, and he made helpful suggestions based on our preferences. He was always there to fill our water glasses or provide anything else we needed. Our appetizers and entrees were outstanding! Then we had amazing churros for dessert with spices that set them apart from other churros I have had. In summary, our anniversary diinner could not have been better! It was just perfect!
Everything was wonderful and our waitress was so friendly and provided excellent service! Our food was delicious. Salsas were super fresh and the queso was amazing. Enjoyed my steak and eggs and portion sized were huge. Our waitress so super thoughtful and brought out a churro dessert for my friends birthday with a candle. ;) The churros had a delicious filling and were to die for! Can see why this is a popular brunch spot!
I just felt like the experience was very expensive for what you got. We were the first table at night and it took forever to get drinks and our food. The portions were small for the price tag. Drinks were very overpriced for the value. Carnitas extremely dry. Churros were burnt.
I enjoy the company that I had and I truly enjoyed my waitress. I think from pictures. I perceived it to be a bigger restaurant than what it was, and I thought it was a dress up restaurant as well.
Overall was not a bad experience but for the price I expected a little more. Service was not great and food was sub-par compared to other options in the area. Not opposed to going again but not the first option for sure.
The food was good but the service was very average. The server was friendly but either overbooked in her section or inexperienced. Super slow to take order for drinks and dinner so it took us over 2 hours to finish and the. We got hustled out because had a big party coming in and needed our table. Seemed weird for a Monday night, Cinco de Mayo to hustle us and also have half the restaurant have empty tables.
Food was incredible. Sat up against very dirty cinder blocks but the rest of the restaurant was charming. Our server was fabulous and drinks were great
We come here for brunch every time we are in town! You can't beat the $20 bottomless mimosas!!
We celebrated Easter Brunch here with a 10:45 am reservation and were seated right away. Our server was quick to greet us and took our order promptly. Everything came out hot, accurate, and absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was family-friendly during the earlier part of our visit, but as the morning went on, it started to get livelier with more adults filling the space. A great spot for both families and brunch with friends!

Service was extremely slow and poor our server took a very long time to greet us and bring our drinks over. We ordered chips and salsa and tables that were seated after us got their chips and salsa before us and their food. We also had two orders of chips and salsa and were only brought out salsa for one and had to ask for the others. Overall we felt extremely forgotten and felt like our server was annoyed by us. I do feel because we were a bigger party and they were guarantee tip they did not care to make sure we were taken care of. We went to celebrate a couple birthdays and overall it was not good. The food was just eh and overpriced nothing special and not worth the poor service.
The food hurt our stomachs a lot. The chicken on the salad was very undercooked and tasted like rubber.
Loved the ambiance. Brunch was outstanding, super fresh ingredients, great service. Highly recommend.
Waited 30 mins to be seated after reservation, waited 20 more minutes for our drinks, didn't get notified of last call, our waiter must have been high or something for how long it took
Food is delicious. Parking is limited. Restaurants are very clean. Must visit.
