If employees at some other restaurants in this town had half of what this staff has like our waiter Robert, we would all be better off….12/10 would recommend!!!!

People said I should go here because their chicken was really good. Of course I was skeptical of the claim "world's best", but I really have to say that this indeed was the best fried Chicken I have ever had. Extremely juicy inside and the crispy breading was just a little bit spicy but perfect for my tastes. I loved it. The place has kind of a diner feel and the price is extremely reasonable for downtown Austin. You have to go there

Juicy, crispy and slightly spicy chicken! My first time here and I regret not coming sooner. Definitely some of the best chicken in town. I got the tenders and they were huge. Came out super hot. Enjoyed the mac and cheese and slaw with it. My sister got the two breast special they had going on. And of course we had to add the pecan pie and adult root beer float. Everything was fantastic and great suggestions from our server Charlie. He made the experience wonderful.

Took mom last Sunday and her chicken was so burnt and dry, she had to send it back. Mine was not as dry but definitely overcooked. The Mac n cheese looked like it had been sitting for a while, it sat on my plate like a clump of cement. I will say that the waiter mentioned the chicken leg being super small so they gave me an extra thigh so that made 3 pieces of overcooked chicken for the price of 2. Our server was exceptional and very attentive. I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. Waste of $40, I couldn’t stomach it. I give it a 5 because I’m not trying to contribute negative vibes but hope that you do read this and make it right for others

The chicken was a little over fried.... The flavor was good.... Now the greens.... Let me tell ya... SOMEONE knew what they were doing when they cooked those. I hate u have to pay for parking... The little parking area behind the restaurant should be just for them.. but that's paid parking too. But all n all .. it was pretty good.

The chicken good and juicy and the sides are very good. The potato salad is very good. The downfall, location. Downtown Austin and you pay to park. This would be my only reason not to return to this location.
