We have been shopping at this store for 20 plus years & using the Pharmacy but now with the extensive remodel that is happening we will be shopping elsewhere now. The store staff says the remodel will continue thru the end of the year & possibly longer. The parking lot is crazy and difficult to deal with. Today the drive thru window for the Pharmacy was sealed up. We love HEB but we will be shopping at another store now. I am sure the remodel will make the store more money in the long run since the area has new apartments going up in more than one nearby location.

This location is good, typically well stocked and the staff is friendly. Curbside folks get my orders correct pretty much always and are always quick to fix any issues.

My son does not go with me often to grocery shop, but when he does we always stop for a ballon. The individual that is working is always amazing with him. Thank you for being an amazing person and making his trip to the store fun.

This location could learn better customer service at service desk! We will drive to a further location just to avoid this one.To argue with a customer regarding an unopened return (with receipt!) is ridiculous!Publix was such a delight to shop at always- Very disappointed with this H‑E‑B location.And the produce department is always under stocked and messy-

Best for price and quality balance. If you order delivery look through your grapefruits, they can be rotten at times. They can put in wrong order items as well, but resolve quickly over email from heb app.

This gas station sits on the northbound feeder of I 35 at the intersection of Parmer Lane. They take cash, credit cards and contactless payment options. They are open from 6 AM till 11 PM. Their gas prices at this location seem to always beat their competitors. As a result, you may find yourself waiting for the person in front of you to fill up. The gas pumps are easy to operate. However, I'm not a fan of them trying to sell me a fuel additive. The one thing that keeps this from being a five star review is the fact that they have removed all the windshield cleaners, so don't expect to clean your windshield here. They do have a place for you to air up your tires, and I was surprised to even see a payphone.

I absolutely love H‑E‑B. I'm definitely sold out on H‑E‑B. I give them 5 stars; HOWEVER, I have a bone to pick with the Bakery dept. I love the bakery people, and they are always very nice. They are clean and always well stocked. I bought some corn bread recently and it is so skimped put I am beyond disappointed. The price went up but the product has been reduced. I bought corn bread a few months ago and the cake dish was full to the brim. It was 2-3 inches thick, and now it's 1 inch thick. That's a significant difference H‑E‑B. Please don't be a money hungry corporation like everywhere else. That's one thing I love about H‑E‑B. This needs to change. I invest thousands of dollars a month. Please remedy this situation.

A good supermarket to get all your grocery shopping done. There is a bakery that offers pastries, cakes, and especially tres leches cakes. Unfortunately, when we were here, they didn't have the individual slices available; only the sheet ones or the logs that day. What is pretty cool about this supermarket is that they offer coupons throughout the store on certain items on a daily basis, so you also save money while shopping :)
I didn't have Thanksgiving leftovers. Picked up a Meal Simple Potato Cheddar Cod Meal. I guess the potato and cheese was part of the breading, no visible evidence of either. Came with green beans, 320 calorie meal. Baked it on 425 for about 15 minutes, less time than the instructions said and internal temp was already over recommended temperature. Crust was delicious and crispy, fish was moist and flavorful. Green beans slightly al dente. This was the best Meal Simple I have had. I was happy not to be eating fast food, and I was really hungry. It filled me up. I hope I find this meal when I am looking for it in the future. Thankful for quick, satisfying and healthy choices. #ThankYouThursday

Produce sucks. All the fresh produce is old couldn't fine even one avocado they were all way too ripe. Mainly all registers were closed so there were long lines and the cashiers were one their phones instead of getting the line moving. Also downside you have to pay for bags here but there are locations that do that. Overall they can do better.

Understaffed and understocked. The baggers and cashiers were working really hard. 25 minute wait in line and my ice cream is melted. I won't be coming back here.

Lawdy I'm in Elgin and this HEB makes the Elgin one ridiculous like literally, this HEB is super huge I was definitely impress with it 2 thumbs up!!!

BIANCA from HEB of I-35 and Parmer needs to go apply at the DMV or the FBI . Went to H‑E‑B to buy some snacks and alcohol. Went to the 15 items express line because I was trying be in an out . She asked for my ID I provided it to her she STARES at my ID for a while I just turned 21 on 4/20 it's May 21 as I'm writing this review . She starts asking me why the dates on my ID don't match up . I told her "I don't know" , and neither do I need explain my self . And my ID WAS NOT EXPIRED so I did not understand what the issue was . She proceed to say " im particular to these things " and called her manager over to help out . BIANCA if you see this YOU are NOT there to play FBI . Do your job scan my items and get me out the door . Horrible customer service BIANCA . I personally feel and take this as discrimination towards me . Oh and also forgot to scan my coupons . Her manager proceeded to take me to the self check out and have to pay for the alcohol apart . So at the end of the day I still got my alcohol.
