“My family reserved Dimassis restaurant (Research Blvd) for 150 guests for a meet & greet function for my new born son. I must say, every single guest enjoyed the experience that Dimassis provided. Abu Ali and Sammy were great hosts. The service was amazing. The food was hot, plentiful , and very delicious. The restaurant was very clean as well. It was a 10/10 experience , a five star experience.“

The staff was so fun and friendly that we got so busy chatting I forgot to pay. “USA HALAL is an absolute gem and a must-stop if you’re visiting Austin, TX! The food here is incredibly delicious and packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and super fresh. My husband and I ordered the beef plate (#4), which comes with rice and a side salad, and the combination was just perfect. The freshness of the salad paired with the savory beef and fluffy rice made for an amazing meal.
One thing to note: the food does take a little while to prepare, so be patient. It’s all made fresh, and you can really taste the difference. If you're in a rush, I’d recommend ordering ahead, but honestly, the wait is totally worth it.
We’re already planning to stop by again on our way back to Houston. Highly recommend checking this place out.You won’t be disappointed!“

“We had party order from Sangam for our event during May 14th weekend for 3 courses (1 Lunch and 2 dinner) for about 100 people. Shiva was working with me and helped with the menu making sure none of the courses repeat any items including papad. He made suggestions based on our preferences and also guided us with the count and other details. Each of the delivery was made promptly at the requested time. The food provided was scrumptious and quantity was more than sufficient. Each of our friends were pleased with the food. “We were in Austin for the Ameripolitan Weekender. The food truck was there one night and we ordered food to take back to the hotel. Everything was so good! The mushroom & swiss burgers w/jalapenos were so tasty. the lemon pepper wings were excellent. Great tots and jalapeno poppers. we sish we lived close enough to eat there all the time! Excellent!!!“

“This was my first time in to pick up. I always order through Favor I believe, or 1 of the delivery apps. Jordan was there and gave me a great customer experience. His hospitality was incredible....we had a large order and he helped me to the car! “I tried this food truck about 3 months ago and meant to post this review a loooooong time ago. The fact that I still think about this place says volumes.

I tried the Philly cheese steak and it was 10/10 in flavor. Huge portion and even got to try a taco. Will definitely go back when I'm back in town.

“If you're craving proper kebabs, this place has you covered. I absolutely love their food and it's fast, fairly priced, and damn good.

Only downside is their patio seating is a bit spartan, especially if it's hot out but it's shaded and they have tables for groups if you want to chow down before you go.“

“Halal place near campus that has the usual menu: gyro, chicken, falafel, etc. You order from a tablet at the front counter and then pick it up from there once it’s ready. Definitely seems like most people did takeaway, but they have seating in the restaurant if, like me, you want to eat in. Ordered the chicken shawarma on rice, tabbouleh, and lemonade. Shawarma plate was delicious with the sauces and had lots of meat and vegetables. Tabbouleh was good but it tasted a lot more lemony than I was used to (maybe regional difference thing). Good prices for the amount of food you get. Recommend if you are near UT campus and need a quick lunch.“

HOWEVER the website was being very slow and made ordering online was not convenient. I tried to call and make and order and was told they don't do orders over the phone with no explanation as to why. Customer service failed today
Love love gyros. While it does take a while to come out, it is because the food is prepared when I order it and it's fresh. It's a place I come to eat consecutively.“
