Halal place near campus that has the usual menu: gyro, chicken, falafel, etc. You order from a tablet at the front counter and then pick it up from there once it’s ready. Definitely seems like most people did takeaway, but they have seating in the restaurant if, like me, you want to eat in. Ordered the chicken shawarma on rice, tabbouleh, and lemonade. Shawarma plate was delicious with the sauces and had lots of meat and vegetables. Tabbouleh was good but it tasted a lot more...
Weird experience. The parking situation is a nightmare. Highly recommend going and parking at the FedEx car parking for the 5 mins they take to prep. The people there didn't speak English while I was in and I had trouble explaining what I wanted. But the food portion was good. This place is more for college kids on a budget rather than people looking for an amazing plate of chicken over rice.
Right now, I’d consider this the best beef shawarma I’ve had in Austin. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a comforting, craveable experience. The meat’s flavor, tasty sauces, and huge portions kept me coming back for more. If you love authentic Middle Eastern flavors, do yourself a favor… try Halal Bros’ beef shawarma. You’ll thank me later😄
