This place is good for cut and clean fresh meat. So far, we have bought chicken and lamb. Delicious it was.
Fresh goat and chicken halal meat, great staffs inside the store always, recently store expanded to have more groceries and stuffs for one shop to go
This place its awesome and its clean.
Small clean shop with cordial owner and employees.
The chicken at this shop is always fresh, tender, and of excellent quality. It’s well-cleaned, packaged neatly, and perfect for cooking. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great chicken!
New place , meat is good
Halal meat store - reliable products. BACK IN BUSINESS!
We recently got goat mix meat and goat liver from here and the quality was horrible. The meat was tough and gamey probably because it was a aged goat! Recommend to check before buying any meat from here. And it’s more expensive than in the north.
Purchased few whole Halal chicken from this new place, they met my expectations. Fresh chicken, well cleaned and cut. Price is good too. Happy to find a new place to go for my Halal chicken shopping. They also sell lot of other food products will try next time.
Definitely recommend best customer service

Halal Stop shop is back in business for making it easy for South Austin meat lovers right in time for Ramadan, Alhamdulillah
This place is not nice also, not Halal Meat. I mean, don’t get me wrong I love Nepalis but they are not Muslim nor Christian. Subhanallah I been buying meat from them for long time and when I heard about the owner I stop buying meat. You are not Muslim so you can not claim your meat as halal meat. Do you even know what is the word Halal mean. I am so sad and disappointed I been eating HARAM meat for two years.
We have been ordering meat and loved this place for years, they personalize the cut size and quantity. But unfortunately the meat quality has completely degraded, I ordered from this place long enough to see this change, and sadly this will be my last time. The chicken breast was stale and so huge, I have no idea what they feed their animals with to get these sizes. I’d rather get organic meat at Whole Foods. To the owner — I completely agree with the comment saying the meat is not fresh anymore and not safe for kids.Replying that their way of cooking is the issue really tells a lot about your customer service. Please take this feedback to bring back the quality of your products instead of blaming customers.Good luck.
The meat is fresh and the price is good
Yesterday on our way to down town we saw the shop and bought chicken biriyani 4 packs. The taste was really nice and I felt the freshness of the meat after a long time, quantity, quality and price are really great. Front desk hospitality was also very well appreciated. Keep up the good job of serving Austin.
