Great atmosphere and a very calming experience. Food was super good. Handmade food so good and we’re both pro chefs! Cost was not bad at all. I really wanna make this our night out spot.

Hank's has a great atmosphere and excellent staff. The drinks are well made and they have a decent selection of well priced beers, including local IPAs.
Most of the staff are college aged. They're respectful and attentive. There's plenty of parking, indoor, outdoor, and bar seating.
The food is okay, but certainly the low point. It's all too expensive, even during happy hour. There's really nothing special on the menu and it feels like you're being gouged. This is honestly a better quiet bar spot than restaurant.

Went to Hanks this morning having ordered tak out ahead of time. Arrived and went to the drive thru. Had to wait about ten minutes to get my food which was ordered well ahead of time. No communication from the staff about what was happening just got handed out food and left.

I can’t give it any fewer than 3 because the food and the restaurant is amazing, but the cafe drive through is very frustrating. I recently got there with a completely empty drive through and it took over 20 minutes for a coffee and a grab and go pastry. The service is genuinely bad. The people are sweet though, so it’s either a staff volume or management issue.
Great Happy Hour specials as well

Nice place. Noah, our server, was great! Drinks were really good and the food was good. We will definitely be back!
There on a Sunday just after noon. Acknowledgement, service, check backs were slow, very low energy and seemed almost an interruption their routine. took 11 minutes to get hot coffee; (the cup from the thermos was luke warm ) Had to grind beans. Eggs Benedict - one egg fluid, the other solid, just like another customer close by, who had her order re-done, i didn't want to wait., the coffee was very good, the breakfast potatoes better seasoned than most, Hollandaise sauce was adequate, The paloma was very good. No warmth or vitality. Not worth the drive or the hype.

Just take all my money dangit. Lovely drinks, even lovelier foods. Always pleasant staff and service. So nice to have a convenient dinner spot that our little one enjoys.

I had the Turkey Gruyere sandwich. It looked like a little bit of lunch meat slapped on two toasted sourdough sliced with some shredded Gruyere that wasn't even melted. I paid $16 for that. I could've made that at home for much cheaper. Service was ok. Nothing to write home about.

this was on a Saturday at 1 PM there weren't very many people there but it was extremely noisy when I walked in there was no host and I waited around 10 minutes to get a table even though I had a reservation. There were three staff members standing by the bar, when I asked if I could be seated they ignored me and then I asked again and they said flatly go wait by the door and someone will get to you eventually. Because of the noise level inside we chose to sit outside and the table was filthy not just from the last diners but it just seemed like it had not been wiped down in weeks because of the stains and the film on the top of the table. Our server was personable and nice however they were not very attentive. The food that I ordered was in my opinion undercooked and by the time we received our one dish it was cold. I've worked in the service industry for decades as front of house and back of house and for the amount of customers present at the time, this experience was not a good value in my opinion. The hospitality, ambience, and food quality, were definitely not worth the weight or the price. However if you live in the neighborhood, it would be a perfectly adequate place to grab brunch if you did not want to host a bunch of people in your home.
The food is fresh and delicious and the cocktails unique--smoky strawberry martini was excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. Great ambience! It is loud in there though so probably hard for a table of six to enjoy conversation easily. My husband and I look forward to going back!
