I'm a massive fan of Hawaiian Bros, but this spot was pretty disappointing. The ghost kitchen aspect is pretty annoying to me personally, but the worst part was how slow and jittery the ordering kiosk was. It felt like it was winning on Windows XP, and I had to redo my order twice.
On top of all that, the macaroni salad here kind of sucks. I can't really put my finger on it, but it just tastes bad. And the texture is gritty and rough, not smooth like it should be. The Honolulu chicken was good, but the Huli Huli tasted kind of funny, too. Not sure what shortcuts they're making in this kitchen, but they're disappointing to be sure.

Eric helped me with my order and the customer service was amazing. I have eaten here for the past four years and I think if anything the food has improved a little with more flavors, but I have always loved it. I love mixing the teriyaki sauce with the Mac salad. The new COOKIES are amazing. I love macadamia nut cookies and these are excellent and a little gooey in the middle which makes it amazing! It’s a must item to add to your order and they’re reasonably priced.

Really horrible food. Macaroni doesn't taste like tradional Hawaiian macaroni. They doused it in garlic salt and overcooked it. The rice they use is cheap. The meat is poorly cooked and seasoned. Never eating here again

We have ordered plenty of times before through Grubhub out of this location and had no issues but this time was different. Several people have mentioned this previously in their reviews but there is something off as of late. We ordered a Large Huli Huli Plate and though them putting the meat over some rice is not new, this time we got 1 serving worth of chicken. There was so little chicken. The rice was mushy. The teriyaki sauces were dirty on the lids like they were opened on accident. Additionally, our favorite part is usually the mac salad and it was so so soooo gross this time. It was thick, bland and it had an incredibly greasy feel to it. Literally the only thing they got right from our order was the canned juice which they don’t even cook LOL.
This is so sad considering we order from here frequently but until these errors get corrected and we see it reflected in reviews by others to come, we will not be eating here again.
I ordered their supposedly most spicy version of chicken, and it turned out to be nauseatingly sweet. The sauces? Sweet. The meat? Sweet. Mac and Cheese? Sweet.
There's rice under the meat too, so don't be fooled by photos that show the bigger section of the box filled with meat.

It doesn't taste like authentic Hawaiian. And the mac which is usually my favorite part was not Hawaiian style. The meat was absolutely delicious. If I need a quick bite I would go again, maybe try another restaurant they have, but this isnt my first pick for Hawaiian.
Will short change your order, I used to be able to recommend this place. If you order online beware, I just got short changed 2 meals on 11/19/25 with no alternative

Hi, ive had placed an order where they had a promotion “order 1, get 1 free”. When I got the food, I’ve discovered that most quantity of meat was substituted with rice. In other words they put a lot of rice on the bottom and covered it with a tiny layer of meat on top. I’ve ordered from this place before and I know how much meat they put. Feels like they split 1 usual portion into 2 and sold it as 2 portions. I’m disappointed they’ve done something like that. That’s simply a scam. It’s disgusting they’ve done this through Uber, so I can’t confront them in person.

Talk about underrated, this place never fails to taste amazing and always leaves me completely stuffed. Just tried the wrap for the first time today and it is an absolute banger. completely blown away at how good it tasted. never had this combo in a wrap and it's a crime I haven't tried it sooner. I order weekly from here. It's a shame it's not a physical store and one of those delivery only buildings.

We have ordered from here (before they moved buildings) many many times. It was our favorite. We went to get the food today and the Mac looked off the second I saw it. It looks chunky and super thick like they forgot to thin it out or something. Way too strong of flavor as well, tastes different. The pig is so salty this time. I’m not a salt person so the food is completely inedible. Such a disappointment.
