Unfortunately, we have tried Hayley’s so many times. It is hit or miss. It either turns out beautiful and exceeds your expectations or it doesn’t and is a total flop. Many times when this has happened they were willing to make it right by offering a refund, credit or remaking the cake/cookies however, this time Mason was not willing to do anything just that when I signed the form they have creative license to do whatever they want and said he talked to the people responsible. It is definitely taking a chance coming here. For what they charge, they should always get it right. I would save a trip and maybe try another bakery. I’ve even had cakes from HEB turn out better than Hayley’s flops. All the best.

Specifically asked for no marscapone on the cake just white chocolate instead for the razzle dazzle but they still put it on the cake. At the least I would’ve expected an email that said we can’t do that and I would’ve just changed to vanilla. Tasted disgusting 150$ in the garbage because no one liked the cream cheese taste of the frosting. 2 stars bc design was nice.

We love Hayley's cookies. In my opinion you won't find better tasting decorated cookies than hers. They're like a sugar cookie shortbread hybrid. They're SO GOOD. I enjoy the regular drop cookies too. I've ordered many birthday cakes- which I find the cake to be too dense and not good, where I prefer a softer fluffier cake, however I still buy knowing this because the designs are so cute and often affordable, but they do end up being a centerpiece rather than completely getting eaten. I find the icing to be a little too sweet for my taste, but again, that's just my personal opinion and I know many people enjoy it. The cinnamon rolls are fabulous. We like the kolaches when they're available. We did have an instance where my fiancé tried to order me a birthday cake and they quoted him $200 and I thought that was a bit high because I regularly order cakes from here and while I know inflation is happening right now, there's no way it could have jumped that much, so I submitted the same cake inquiry and I was quoted $90. I found it to be funny; it's kind of like when I go to the mechanic for an oil change and then they start trying to uncharge me on things I don't need because they think I don't know better, well it seems like that's what they were doing to him lol I also wonder if they can see by my email and phone number how much I've ordered and that he never had, but who knows. I'm still a repeat customer and I take out of town friends and family here whenever they visit because these cookies ARE famous.

Cookies and desserts are always great. This morning I tried using Apple Pay and had a confusion with the system so I asked for help. My total was $19.50 and suddenly got charge 22.50. She took it on her own to add a tip which I did not approve.

Procrastinated and needed some custom cookies made for a customer as a Christmas gift. My go-to cookie lady was booked up for the rest of the year so I went on a hunt to find someone to do last minute custom sugar cookies with my customers logos. First star is for their ability to take last minute orders and 2nd star is for quick turnaround on estimate and ease of ordering online. Overall, quality of the cookie isn't great. I guess I'm not a big sugar cookie kinda gal to begin with. The ones I got from here are thick and dry, really wasn't a fan. I was expecting some kind of custom hand frosted cookie, but the cookie ended up being a "print" onto frosting. I guess I should have asked to be sure, but with the time I had I just ordered them. I ordered two dozens and it came out to $132. Pretty hefty, but I wouldn't mind paying if they were good tasting quality cookies. Most likely will not return.

Good neighborhood bakery. Sweet rolls are very good. Too many sugar cookies. Cakes are just ok. Decorating is not very good. Convenient location. Service is good. Ambiance is sterile.
By far the best gluten free cupcakes I have had , recently had to change diet to gluten free and have tried several different bakeries looking for tasty gluten free and I found the jack pot with Haley's cakes and cookies, absolutely delicious from the frosting to the the moist wonderful flavor of the cake itself and I've only had the vanilla cupcake but absolutely delicious. Also got a GF chocolate chip cookie and again moist,soft and full of delicious flavor ,so happy to have found this little gem and looking forward to my next visit and see what other delicious GF goodies they have . Thank you Haley's for loving your craft and baking such delicious treats for those of us on GF diets!!oh and the price even better!!Parking: Great location and available parking
I have tried this place three different times and purchasing different items each time. Brownies too dry, no moisture at all. Cookies tasted, stale and everything overpriced. I never post bad reviews hoping that it was just a bad day. I don’t see how items could be made fresh daily and be so dried out. But after three tries, I felt others should know.

Picked up six different flavored cupcakes on a Saturday for consumption the next day, Sunday. These were easily the driest cupcakes I’ve ever spent $45 on. Not one person at our gathering was impressed by them. The frosting was grainy and crunchy. Terrible, just terrible.
