Went in here about a month ago and I can't wait to go back. The girl behind the counter was patient, sweet and helped recommend the chocolate ganache brownie. So glad I listened to her, I will be ordering that everytime I go back now. I also had a cupcake with a cookie dough like frosting and cookie piece as a topping which was so delicious! I enjoyed everything I purchased, and would definitely recommend.

It’s a really cute place and the cookies are cute but tasty but cute to look at. If you need customer service you’re going to be disappointed. When you call it’s like you’re bothering them. The customer service isn’t great and the cookies are generic. I’ll stick to suga mommas or something local.

I ordered an anniversary cake, and it was yummy! The cake was delicious as was the icing! It was beautifully decorated. The cake was meticulously packaged for an easy transport. My husband and I are delighted! This was our first time ordering from Hayley's, and it won't be our last!

They did a great job on cookies custom done for my wedding!

Great selection and good quality, but overpriced.

Had a great experience with Hayley’s Cakes and Cookies. I needed gluten free cupcakes for a baby shower, put in for estimate online but was able to call and talk out specifics with an employee over the phone. They turned out delicious and beautiful! The employee reassured me of the efforts they make for gluten sensitivities and made me feel very comfortable.

Have tried visiting 4 or 5 times as it is close to home. Each time trying a different item or a repeat of something in the past. The pastries and cookies just do not have a good taste. I ended up throwing away the ones I purchased after taking a couple bites. The staff is mostly younger and very unfriendly in helping but definitely ready to ask you for a tip when the time comes.

Bummed…I received an assortment of cookies for my birthday since my friend knows these are my favorite. First one was dry and definitely days old. I tried sharing feedback via their social media but yet again, they don’t reply. As they’ve gotten bigger their quality and customer service has declined. These cookies cost a pretty penny and should reflect it! On the hunt to find a new favorite spot…

We pass by this location often and had never known they were there, so we decided to drop in.This location is beautiful I love the decor and choice of furniture. It was fun and bubbly! Now the staff seemed either new or just not customer oriented. They were not as friendly as you would expect for a fun bakery like this. They seemed stand offish and kind of boring.I’d love to see bubbly faces next time. Smile and excitedly greet your customers. Ask if it’s their first time and make recommendations. For this reason I won’t be back. May try a different location and see if the vibes change.

The cookies are so cute and absolutely addictive. I picked up some cookies to take home for the holidays and added on a blondie and an americano- delicious!
