Ordered a custom birthday cake and it was delicious decadence in every layer. I was a fan of the mild sweetness and lighter cake layers. Not overpowering in taste at all, extremely light and well balanced flavors.

Pastries are great! They are always out of chocolate croissant by 10 AM. It’s insane, If it’s your best seller, why not make more of it? Only negative as other reviews stated, yes, the cashiers can be bichy for no reason. If you ask more than one question they give you attitude and minimal feedback. Also, no dairy-free options.

Amazing bakery in the middle of nowhere….. the walnut chocolate chip banana bread and almond croissant was great, as good as I have had anywhere. So glad to have found this place. Everything is made by pastry chef with natural ingredients. Stop by and surprise yourself!

Lousy Friggin service! Dead beat moronic attitude. The strawberry cake tasted like it was made last week.

Best croissants in town. The plain croissant and almond croissant are out of the world and approved by the missus who lived in France for a year.
Chocolate croissant is okay. Puffs are also decent but a bit too oily.
Everything is pricey but portion sizes are big.
My only complaint would be that service is a bit slow even when it's not crowded.

I've been in Austin for three years now. Have driven 45 mins out in search for the perfect croissant in ATX. My mother makes them, but we are 5 hrours away now. If you have ever witnessed the pain staking process, you know it takes a pair of determined hands to achieve a magnificent delicacy. Quality ingredients, temperature, precise pressure, and patience! If you do it right, it yields to a light, well layered, cloud of toasty butter ❤️ if over baked, dry, if under baked dense. A true art. For years, I ordered them from William Sonoma, made by a renowned pastry chef, until my mothers love to satify my heart with such delight endevoured to make them better! After pounds and pounds of butter, 10 different recipes, modifications, and hard work, she nailed it! All that to say, these croissants come close to mom's! They are perfectly balanced! My kryptonite ? I feel the love in every bite as that is what it takes to make them right!

Please note that I am French so my bar is quite high for this type of review. This business is a real bakery and they have done a great job on their croissants. Among the best I had in Austin. (Far superior to bakery Lorraine).

My favorite place for great quality coffee and fresh pastries!
If you are looking for real French bakery experience outside Paris, this place is it. We enjoyed almond croissant, danish & egg&cheese croissant. The coffee was fresh and brewed to perfection. Please visit this place, we will be back.

This is a really good bakery. I ordered a variety of items and have tried several (my favorite is the cowboy cookie). They took the time to check whether an item had corn syrup in it (I have a friend who is allergic to it, but I wanted to get something for her, too). The item (the passionfruit-cocunut dessert) is both gluten-free and corn-free. That's hard to find. On top of all that, the staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back. :)
Update: I have now tried several things. They were all excellent. This really is a good shop. :)
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and corn-free. That's rare.
