Me and my colleagues just finished eating here and I have to say we all really enjoyed it, the food is 10/10 for the price I feel like you get more than enough in my personal opinion compared to other places that are chains, I love the self service to order and pay or leave your tab open and they also have a button in case you need anything. I 100 % recommend first time there and we loved it.

I am currently here visiting for the holiday's with my youngest.
The order today of honey/ginger wings and garlic parmesan fries were the ABSOLUTE 💯 BEST wings and fries that I've ever had. The fries were crisp and perfectly battered as well as my wings were plump, totally covered in sauce and very tasty.
I regret that my visit is coming to an end because this spot would've become a several times a week visit! Delish😋

i went here a while ago and i was double charged and when i tried to get a refund i was told that they have no record of me purchasing any food at all and the only way i can get a refund is if i provide the EXACT time i came in and the EXACT time i left. idk how im supposed to remember the exact time. and everytime i call they say they aren't available to talk. i provided a photo of my double charge as proof.

A good friend recommended this place to me and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Chicken wings are double fried, making them nice and crunchy on the outside, but tender on the inside. The waitress was very attentive and we had a great experience here! Will definitely be back when we come to the Austin area.

We came here from 30 min away just for the employee to run inside and the workers come and say sorry we’re closed and the website say they close at 12 am but they said they have kitchen hours so maybe they should fix the hours

I’ve visited Hi Wings several times. Their fried chicken is solid. I especially love the garlic parmesan and orange chicken flavors. Ordering is easy by phone (QR code). Service is limited (not much table service), but the staff are friendly.

I would say if you want korean friend chicken this is the spot. Best in town and reasonable price. They have one the best chicken to batter ratio. Personal favorite dish is chicken gizzard. Once you look past the gizzard piece its a must order.

Love the service here! Push the button on the wall and they’re there right away. We had the Parmesan French fries and fried chicken with sauce on the Korean sauce on the side. Very good fried chicken btw. It fed 2.5 people.

If you are looking for a great atmosphere, great service and great food, make your way to Hiwings. This was my first time eating here and, along with some friends, I knew right away this was where I was going to eat and enjoy. We were greeted with comfortable and pleasant smiles right away and led to our table with all details of the place provided to us along the way. Our server, Stefie, was awesome. She answered every question that I asked in depth, was humorous at times, was never far from us, and provided details on every appetizer and dish we ordered. The food was DELICIOUS and I mean ALL OF IT! There were 4 of us eating and the one dish I ordered fed us all with more to take home! I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Believe me it's worth it!
