My friends and I won a big prize and had an issue with the ticket cashout. Alex and Josh were such lifesavers and a huge help, taking extra time to make sure we got what we won. Great service! (mozzarella sticks are fye btw)
Pretty good happy hour but far less worth it now that they started charging for almost all of the games. It is always virtually empty when we go in there, so that's probably a decent indicator of how others feel. I wouldn't go out of my way to go, I only stop in if I have time to kill before a movie at Alamo.
I planned a company outing. The food was really good. That was the highlight. We had ribs and chicken. Mashed potatoes were on point - creamy and flavored well. But the staff didn't quite have it together. Our arcade passes didn't work after multiple attempts, Our lanes weren't ready. We couldn't find the golf balls or golf tees. The place needs some TLC. Bowling was a big hit.
