$15 dollars for a so so beer. And no prices posted so you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into.
Bartender was very nice

BEWARE: one beer was $15.14. No prices listed. Beer was fine but shady business practice. Poured the beer then was shocked at what I saw on the check. Should have walked away lol
The bartender was a complete jerk. One glass of beer was $15. He charged the card before telling my husband the cost. He was not friendly and didn’t even look at him or talk to him. The exchange was less than 30 seconds. When my husband did not give a tip based on lack of service he said “thanks for your generosity”. Then he said it AGAIN when my husband walked by a second time. Unbelievable that people expect a tip when they did nothing and didn’t show basic customer service.

Horrible service, bartender was rude when I asked if I could use the outlet. Said we need to order a drink first. I asked for a drink so we could charge our phones and he told us no. When asked why, he said “because I said so”. No prior exchange of words before I asked. Do not come

first people i’ve ran into in austin that are total D bags. dodge at all costs. better people deserve your dollars. the beer isn’t unique to this place even in the airport
I have never had such a bad customer service experience. We wanted a quick beer and lunch before our flight. We walked up to order and they said we couldn’t order off the breakfast menu. Okay. But then when we asked for an updated menu, they said they couldn’t give us one because they only had one. Obviously they were just being lazy and trying to get us not to order food. They were rude and obviously didn’t want us to be there. Don’t go here if you’re in the main terminal. If you spend your money anywhere else, you’ll probably have a better experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible I guess

Friendliest staff, small selection of Local Brews. Kitchen Next Door is keeping the place alive. Cosy stop before your flight ✈️

The (two) Chinese chicken tacos were mediocre at best, dry meat, the promised avocado absent, and the whole thing presented on stale tortillas in a card board “dine in” container when I specifically requested “to go.” Of course the price of $10 did not reflect the value in the least, but this is the airport and they have a pretty captive audience. The icing on the cake though, was the “bartender” John, who barely doing his job which only involved ringing up the food and handing over a can of beer, had the audacity to chide me for not giving him a tip that he apparently, by some miraculous delusion, believed he deserved just because he breathes. As many others have mentioned before me, this place is sub par, rude and overpriced
Best time I've ever had at an airport bar. Jeremiah is an Austin treasure. He deserves a raise.
Ridiculous prices, mediocre service, bland food. After I left, I walked down to my gate and passed several restaurants with draft beer at far lower prices and delicious looking BBQ. Lesson learned.
Ordered the cheapest wine ( menu has no prices so you’re left to guess) and they just rung me up for $17!! The wine they served me is a $6 bottle. While I get that prices are escalated in airports, everyone else seems to be able to do it $3-6 cheaper. Man! I should have shopped around. Never going to any of their establishments. I don’t even want this wine now. And it is confirmed that you can get wine next door for $11. Just ridiculous.
