I absolutely loved the place. Menu is a little slim but I’m so indecisive too many options would have sent me over the top 😂. I got the rasta pasta and hubby got the catfish dinner .. it was legit. Waitress was super nice and chill. The strawberry lemon drop martini was real good. Total was about $100 for everything and we left a $25 dollar tip. Make sure you make a reservation though ..

They shouldn't serve oxtails. We didn't get enough meat for our money it was mostly fat, ridiculous!! i dont think Victory or any other restaurant can go down on the price because oxtails are expensive so I'd rather pay $36 at the store and cook them at home and get more meat ...i must say food was very tasty but not worth the money at all...my wine was less than 6oz at $14

Nice music and easygoing atmosphere on the restaurant side.
I was a part of a group, celebrating a birthday, so once we finished dining, we went to the other half of the building where there were live DJ’s and a Christmas themed bar.
