Honey Pig BBQ is the best K-bbq restaurant in Austin.
There're plenty of All you can eat Korean bbq restaurants in US but I haven't seen that kind of bbq restaurant when visit Korea.
Honey Pig BBQ is the real authentic K-BBQ restaurant in Austin so far.
And all staffs are very friendly and kind.
Especially our waiter was outstanding!!
We thought he is an owner but he said that he is a server.
He made my 1st day of 2025 such a wonderful day as Longhorns did it. (Btw he is Longhorns fan as well😆)
Pork Kalbi was so yummy and side dishes also very delicious.
Highly recommend!!

I just had a lunch with my family and it was our first experience K-BBQ. We usually like to go H Mart and we’ve never thought about going there. We ordered premium plate it was pretty big portions of our 6people. It was busy hour and was busy all servers(it was all ladies) even though they were moving very fast and everything was quick, quick, quick! I was very appreciated that their service and the delicious foods what they cooked for us. Well, I couldn’t see any bossy Korean in here. It must be a hater. High recommend this place!!!!

It was our first time at this place or any Korean barbecue, so, we would have really appreciated some help on the menu and items ordered. However, the older Korean lady serving us was in no mood for any questions and acted like she was super busy and treated us like an inconvenience. So, we had little to no idea of what we were ordering or what arrived at the table. Too bad, we were really excited to try it out and our bossy server ruined our experience.
The foods are great. Better than other Korean all you can eat bbq. The waitresses are friendly and nice. They cook the meats fast and we were eating within a few mins.

Really good service with multiple people helping out to make sure the food is cooked efficiently in the unique dining experience.
It is a different environment compared to many restaurants, but our server was very patient and answered all of the questions.
We really liked the spicy pork.

When I saw this place open, I pulled over Dukes of Hazard style and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I ordered the beef bulgogi lunch special and fried mandu app. I ate until I could barely breathe and I still had half of my meal left. Great food. Great service. Quiet place for lunch.

Honey Pig offers great food in a fun atmosphere. The meat is quality and all the delicious sides really set Honey Pig apart from the other Korean BBQs in Austin. Great place for work events and kids love the interaction of cooking their own food. Lots of fun! Can't wait for my next excuse to eat at Honey Pig.

Delicious food, attentive staff, and cool decor. We always have a blast and a delicious meal when we go to Honey Pig. If you don’t know what to order, my recommendation is to pick a combo. The severs will cook it for you. They always give our toddler balloons weighted down with chopsticks to keep her entertained while we eat. Sometimes there’s a wait, but they will text you when your table is ready, so you can go browse H-Mart while you’re waiting. Highly recommended!!
Honey Pig is worth a visit. It has a very authentic feel and is clearly enjoyed by Koreans, who occupied most of the tables. Hahaha, the authenticity starts even before you enter—handfuls of men take dinner breaks outside while dragging on cigarettes. It’s the real deal.
The setup feels very utilitarian with the sole purpose of serving food promptly and moving you on your way. It has a very sterile warehouse feel and the backless stools aren’t designed for a laid back meal. I attempted to cook my own bbq but the server took care of it, again making it feel like my table was on the clock.
The food was tasty and felt appropriately priced (which currently feels like a challenge in Austin). We ordered bulgogi, spicy pork belly, and seafood pancake. It came with ample banchan, egg soufflé, and tofu soup. We enjoyed all of the food—solid takes on all of the dishes.
