For the first time EVER, my ham was not quite up to par. It had a very large circle of fat right down the middle of the ham. Normally I would rate it five stars. I love their ham.

This has just has to be your go to place for great ham, turkey, sides. The workers bees there are the greatest, I made an error when ordering on line, and the girl who saw the error contacted me after the store was closed and before she left for the day. Now that’s going way above and beyond. My order was prepaid and I walked in and out in less than ten minutes and that was on Good Friday, 2024. Thank you! Oh their ribs, are to die for! Delicious!

For the very first time my holiday meal was made completely by the Honey baked ham store. We all know how great the ham is but wait till you check out their sides!

I was pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed the Ham, potato dish, sweet potatoes, cornbread dressing! I added gravy, chutney and blueberry cake. Very satisfied and will do it again. Also I got a bean mix to make soup with bone.

The last few times I've ordered the Jedi Taco bowl, they got it wrong and put it in a taco instead of a bowl. This morning, I ordered it and the picture I'm adding to this post says it all.

Great selection, helpful staff, and friendly service. We ordered last minute from The Honey Baked Ham Co. for our holiday party and were very pleased with the experience. I order a ham on line to be pick up at the Austin location at 10:30 I was leaving town and went to store a little earlier than 10:30I was told that the ham would not be available until that time I asked if they was a way I could get it a little earlier since I was leaving town and was treated very rudely about how I chose that time online and that’s what you get they only get pay for the hours that a allotted for the preparation of the hams I cancel my order and will not order from them again I was treated not as a customer nor even as a person felt very disappointed in the workforce that we have working in our companies right now

Stopped by to get a few sides and desserts for my family this Christmas. I called ahead, and the person I spoke to was kind and ensured that they had plenty of food even though it was 2 days before Christmas. When I got there, the cashier was beyond helpful (I wish I knew his name). He showed me where the sides were, held all my sides for me while I kept grabbing more, and made the checkout process super easy. So far we've eaten 1/2 the sides since we didn't make them all on Christmas. The greenbean casserole, the smashed potatoes, and assorted cheesecake were delicious! We also had the cinnamon apples; they were also good, but I feel like it should have been in a pie crust.I most definitely recommend for your holiday meals!

Long story on service. One small part was I was only one there, and 2 clerks were dealing with something. Ordered ahead, 3 days ...4 quick easy pickup. Items were not pre pulled. And it took longer to get it together than I felt it should. Also, the food is great but 4 price the service should be 5 star..
