Me and a friend were hungry and looking for a new and cool spot to try, this was on the way home. From the first few words, I knew I had made the wrong choice, maybe it’s my fault for choosing a place that’s next to a bar, perhaps this employee is jaded from the daily bar patriots, we definitely weren’t here for the drinks since neither of us drink. We were hungry so we proceeded to go against our instincts

Food wasn’t bad but probably could’ve been more enjoyable without the rude single employee, the pick up at the window was met with plastic utensils thrown beside our food and a window slam. We were the only ones eating there. We screwed up by not looking at the reviews just to see this is a comment thing that happens here. What’s worse is that a Bar employee came all the way to the back where we were just to see if we needed anything and he was very hospitable in every way, when I mentioned our experience, his face said it all.

Definitely will let my friends know to check out that bar but don’t order food from that particular food truck

Made a trip to the ATX this weekend, and had a great meal and a great time at the Moon tower. The Brisket Nachos are a nice meal for 2. Looking forward to coming back.

Went for some late night snacks. The BBQ sliders hit the spot. Atmosphere was fun and relaxed.

One of my go to places to eat and hang out. Bbq sliders are great, bbq nachos outstanding, open late and can’t be the atmosphere

Moon Tower needs to get rid of this place. It leaves a bad impression on them being here. The guy was so rude when I places my order like I was bothering him. Then my lady went to get a fork and he tossed it at her then shut the sliding door. Horrible service. Update after eating. Had the guys hair in my nachos. Won't ever be coming here again

We hired Hot Texas Grill catering for a work gathering at Moon Tower. The bbq was great and the service and set up were awesome. Paula was easy to work with and very nice. Thank you!!

Worst service I’ve experienced. Immediately walked away and didn’t order food. Will take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to love it here, but didn’t. I love the location; the outdoor patio space is inviting, comfortable, and so South Austin. Loved that.

The food was disappointing. My son said his Texas Melt was good. However, we split my cheeseburger and both felt let down. The bun was beautifully toasted. And the goodness ended there.

The beef patty was pre-pressed and frozen (and my burger was rare with a well done crust). It was flat, dense, and not delicious (bulk restaurant supply warehouse quality). With processed American cheese. For a $14 food truck burger, this should have been amazing. I would have loved a juicy 1/3 pound brisket burger with a thick slice of melted cheddar, topped with grilled onions… they got it right with the bun. They just didn’t even try after that.

The potato salad was good, but I would agree with another reviewer that the banana pudding is not homemade. Definitely a powder/milk mix. It was only $3, so I wasn’t totally upset by it.

I would love to see ownership re-look at their ingredients. With such a limited menu, ingredients should be awesome at these price points. With a captive (and hungry) audience in this beautiful environment, this truck should be giving out a much different vibe.

As far as service, I wouldn’t say the staff was “rude”; but maybe disinterested… I won’t eat here again.

Parking: A Sunday at 8pm, and we were right in front.

Edible absolutely not needed in Austin, I wouldn't order here. Brisket wasn't tender enough and banana pudding from a packet

Food was okay but expensive for a food truck, for $14 cheese burger i can eat in a restaurant. Also the person who takes orders looks like he doesn’t want to work there, he barely look at you, and he looks mad or bad mood, very hostile service. It was the only truck open to get food, so i’m not sure to come back for eating here

This place sucks balls. I rarely write reviews and the person working on the night of Wednesday, August 21st has inspired me. He's absolutely terrible and has treated our entire group terribly. It is before 10pm and they supposedly close at 11pm, but he told me that they are closing and only have nachos. I miss the hot dog place that was here before.
