This restaurant's operation is an absolute nightmare.After driving 1hr 15 minutes to get there, they simply dismissed us, claiming they had no place to seat us that day. After inquiring why, they informed us that we have to make it to their restaurant 3 hours early to scan a QR code before your supposed dining time just to book a spot, and then expect you to show up promptly when you finally get a text notification. They limit their dinner hours to a mere 3-4 hours in the evening, making it nearly impossible for anyone with a normal schedule to enjoy a meal. So you have to plan an evening around their timings with no regards to your own schedule.When I inquired about booking a spot for the next day, they callously shut down the idea, stating that each day you have to personally scan your own code, making it impossible for a friend to do it for you. Save yourself the headache and find a restaurant that actually values your time and patronage.When asked if we could get a take out instead, server said it would be at least 40 mins as that’s how long it’s taking them to prepare any dish right now.Their best explanation was people book reservations and don’t show up which might be happening 5% of times, at most,so scraped reservations and they started a new system which only favors them.

If you go during peak time, there is a QR code you have to scan to get on waitlist. It told us it would notify us via text and we waited 20 min to go check in again and the server told us that the waitlist link is broken. Had we not checked in with them, we would’ve been just waiting. They were also turning people away from dining in and only accepting to go orders. Need to improve in their business system

Jumping fish is a must. Crispy pork intestines is also really good. Boiled beef was just ok (personal preference)

Some people complain about the lack of space. Sadly, you can't help that every one and their mother wants to eat at this place now. The food is just that good. Service is quick from the time you order.Authentic sizchuan and other tasty Chinese dishes. I recommend the mapo tofu, spicy pork pot, dry pot, greenbeans, and the pork ribs are to die for.

Spicy and delicious schezwan foods! My favorite is the mala boiled fish and pork kidneys.
