The food is absolutely delicious. I’m from Washington and we don’t have anything like Hu Tieu, just some pho, which is what I came in looking for. I’m a very picky eater, I enjoy authentic food, specially Vietnamese food. The name “Hủ tiếu Mỹ Tho” is one of the most famous food of Southern Vietnam, very hard to forget, very hard to make it right.
