We really enjoyed our experience at Hula Hut. The concept is a Mexican–Hawaiian fusion, so it’s not traditional Mexican food, but a mix with a tropical twist. If you are looking for very authentic Mexican cuisine, this might not be the place. However, if you are open to trying something different, it’s definitely worth it.

My husband and I ate here recently for the first time. Also our first time at Lake Austin. HH is amazing in every way! Atmosphere, decos, right on the lake, scratch-made food, great quality, great customer service, large portions... wow! We enjoyed it all and will definitely be back on another Austin trip. Parking is a little tight but they have an overflow across the street.

Excellent Tex/Mex/Seafood restaurant on the Riverfront in Austin, TX. We come here for the great food and lively atmosphere. Beautiful and tropical inside and outside on the waterfront. Would recommend 100%!
