Inexpensive and great quality cuisine. Will definitely make another stop at Szechuan house

Just went there today, place has been closed since 9/30/19 due to health code violations. Unknown if/when it'll re-open.

Food was salty. Service was slow. They seemed understaffed this evening so I'm giving them 3 star vs 2.

One of the few places that knows how to properly cook tofu & has various vegetarian options. Menu is clearly marked for contents, service is always quick and the food is reasonably priced for very large portions.

We ordered 6 items and literally threw away 2 full dishes (sweet and sour chicken, and chow mein). How do you mess up chow mein??? The noodles were just a pile of pale mush. Even the rice was mushy (not sticky, I know the difference). The chicken in the General Chicken was dry and stringy (had to spit out some with each bite because you could not chew it). The sweet and sour sauce was bland and watery and the chicken was burnt and dry. I'd attach pics but we already took everything to the trash outside. I really have not had a meal this nasty in a long time. 0 stars.

I swear their cumin beef is the BEST. I stopped talking to the dinner party because I was so focused on eating it. The house special fish fillet on tofu is a must try. Great location- no other Sichuan place for miles, and a good spot for large parties.

Like REAL Chinese food? Do you even know what I'm talking about? Try this place. The food is always good, and when you order something spicy, it is actually spicy! Refreshing to find a Chinese food restaurant we there traditional, authentic dishes are served.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Mapo tofu I ordered, because this spicy, savory dish contained enough real Szechuan peppercorns to make my mouth and tongue tingle and go slightly numb. This was an exciting first for me. I had to look it up to find that this is a common reaction to these peppercorns. The dish was amazingly delicious and not too spicy IMO.

Good, reasonably priced restaurant. Not all dishes are great here however, some suffer from imbalanced flavor and ingredients.

Food was amazing. Very spicy too. I tried kung pao chicken, hunan chicken and combination chow mein.
Best chinnese food ever my fife is piki watershed is not a fan of this food but she said she liked for sure I'll be back soon for more

I don't care if lunch is $7.95, because i walked out with 90% of it on my plate and brushing my teeth didn't get the vile taste out of my mouth. True disappointment

Very authentic traditional food. Incredibly good food

It was some of the best Szechuan food my husband and I had and we are from NY! Incredibly nice staff and even the chef came out to greet us. Definitely recommend a try and you'll naturally get hooked!

This place is now called Hunan Spicy. I ordered the shrimp with Pecans and fried Rice and the shrimp was good but I could have used more sauce. And the fried Rice was disappointing...just steamed Rice with some soy sauce added. If I'm really hungry I might come back here but probably not.
