Even back to its inception inside of the old No Comply shop a few steps away, Idlewild has always been top tier. The whole crew is great and aside from making great drinks, is welcoming and has great recommendations if you're unsure. Anytime anyone asks me where to get coffee in Austin, I tell them to go to Idlewild!
Stopped in on a recommendation and had a delicious Lavender latte and chocolate chip cookie. I was in the area for an appointment and needed to do work - and the vibey lobby of this office building PLUS the coffee energized me and helped me plug into work to get done what I needed. Definitely the spot I needed! Plus, service was kind, professional and fast. Love it.
I have quite literally been two days in a row because their matcha is so yummy. The people who work there that I’ve met so far are sweet n chill and super knowledgeable about the products served!
