I just went here and the Hispanic hostess with the red hair and glasses had the nastiest attitude. I’ve been to plenty of IHop’s across the country and I’ve never been treated such a way. I’ve worked in food service and eaten at plenty of restaurant with no issue. My friend and I went in for breakfast and right off the bat she was unpleasant. We informed her that we wanted a booth table in the almost empty restaurant and she said that if we sat at a booth she would not serve us. I informed her that her attitude was off and she was being rude. When we tried to get the attention of another server and management she changed her attitude and said that she would serve us. She did not apologize and I felt so disgusted by her behavior that I told my friend I would refuse to eat there and we ended up leaving.It’s because of people like that hostess that leave a bad taste in people’s mouth. Just because you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on customers.

Food was great, but dont take a walk afterwards, your vehicle will be booted and towed. Meal went from 80dollars plus 100dollars to remove the boot and a side of a threat to tow the car while we were paying to remove the boot from the car. When contacting the manager while I was int he parking lot he hung up! Could have taken family to a better restaurant for $180. Never at any other IHOP in other cities in Texas that I visited or other states in the US I visited. Nice way to increase your revenue for guests to your area!

First time in Austin!!! I like to go to Ihop when I travel because you can get a variety of choices! Server was good. (Didn't mention her name?!?) Asked for eggs over hard. They were definitely hard. Overcooked! Crispy! Eggs should not be crispy!!! Hashbrowns were cold and undercooked. Coffee was good. Price in menu was not price on receipt. Service was good though!!!

I had the “impossible” sausage with egg whites breakfast. It included protein pancakes, and a bowl of fruit. I was in town for a job, and I had this breakfast three days in a row. It was awesome! IHOP breakfast will be my new “go to” whatever possible!
Today's vist was exceptional even though restaurant was extremely busy thailia G was very attentive and courteous she did an amazing job covering her tables its nice to see someone doing such a fantastic job and food was good I tried the berry crepes today
Parking: Easier entrance off service road of ih 35
I don’t want to accuse nobody, and could be a coincidence, but I paid my bill delivering my credit card to the waitress, when se took it and went to her place to charge it. One hour after, I received a message from Chase that my card was being used on a purchase on CVS. The credit card was cloned. It happened on 23rd February 2015.
