I went to eat and I liked the food but when I came back my car had a tire lock and they made me pay $100 to remove the tire lock, because they didn't see me enter the restaurant.Very Bad Service with Parking.

The front hostess was less hostess more hostile. No greeting not even eye contact to let me know she at least acknowledged me. Proceeded to not look up the entire 2 min interaction. Nadias attitude was UNREAL & unacceptable to say the least. I along with several other parties left said establishment because of NADIAS negligence.

I saw a white section and a Latino/ Hispanic section. I sat in the white section and the white waiter asked me to go to the front and wait to have a table assigned. Obviously I was sat on the Hispanic section.

It’s an IHOP. - located at the edge of Rainey- it has lots of free parking and is in walking distance of neighboring hotels and condos.Food is consistent and what you’d expect from other IHOPs -service can be a bit slow but not bad. It does get busy on weekends.

This young woman was a rude xenophobe, she yelled and insulted me, taking advantage of the fact that I don't speak English, I knew it was xenophobic insults because a Latino gave me the translation, he left me exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes and he didn't attend to me, he didn't give me the order. It's rude I won't return to this store again. They should train their staff with human relations because we are not animals who go to their store.
