I don’t the lady’s name. But it was this fine black lady who was the nicest woman ever making the vibes so wavy. Also someone didn’t show up to their shift so she was cranking it out all by her lonely. Thankyou!

We LOVE this IHOP location - delicious and great service. Tanika was an exceptional server - we really appreciated her hospitality and warmth during our dinner.

Don't know what happened to the waiter, but she had the face that she was mad about been there today. Should be a quick fix with training. Steak color didn't look quite right. Overall food was good, I'm just sad that people with the wrong attitude hurts the overall targeted experience.

Food was good service wasn’t bad, BUT…. THE MENS BATHROOM ? extremely disgusting honestly doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. One of the worst bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a restaurant in my life. The smell was absolutely horrifying.

If I can, I would give them a 0. There were 6 different party's. We were there first before the others and the waiter took thier orders first and we were last to get our order. My dad complained and they got offended. Thier service sucks. I don't recommend this place what so ever .

My kids love the pancakes. The waitress was super sweet and provided the check right after bringing the food, which was much appreciated so we could pay quickly and get to our next destination.

Waited 10 minutes for a carry-out order. Sat in the lobby for over 5 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged and I can almost guarantee they hadn't even started my order. The mozzarella sticks were about the size and quality of what you can buy at grocery store and I paid about $2 per stick for them. I work in the same plaza as where they are located, so occasionally I'll be desperate enough to order from there, hoping I'll have a decent experience and it sucks every time.

On Sunday January 29th at this location, we were just getting of Sunday mass. We arrived at this establishment to have a comforting meal. When we arrived a friendly server sat me and told the server I was going to step out and bring my girlfriend. Once we sat down another server much older aggressively approached us with an attitude and directly asked “who sat y’all” . Therefore we EXPLAINED who, and when the other server sat us. As we explained she SLAMMED the utensils and came back saying “y’all need to wait to be seated” at that point we got upset and stepped out. That level of disrespect is unnecessary. I was hoping for a good meal in a welcoming establishment. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The server was older and may have had a piercing on her lip. It happened so fast we didn’t bother to get her name

Well I am new to Austin. And I love it hear, but my experience at this Ihop was 01/14/2023 disappointing. I ask the waitress when I sat down "got morning " and for a hot fresh cup of coffee ☕. She didn't greet me, but I just wanted breakfast. She took my order, brought me my coffee and it was not acceptable. It was Luke warm! I drank 1/3 of it. She returned and said is everything ok, I said not really, she briskly walked off. 10 minutes she barley ask did I need anything and before she could walk off this time, I quickly said my coffee is cold, even pouring mire out of the pitcher was Luke warm( I put my finger in the cup). She said in a very rude manner Ok, AT THIS POINT THE ONLY THING SHE COULD DO WAS MICROWAVE IT!!! ( The coffee) I was shocked! Did not off er to perk fresh coffee. When she came back to my table she put the bill on the side and walked off. I told her I'm not paying for the coffee, she said what do you expect me to do! And then she stated do you not want to pay for your meal? I said yes! I told her I'm not paying for the coffee. She said again, she offered to microwave it! And I said you didn't, you just walked off. OK @ this point I ask for the manager!!!! OK ya'll ready for this...........She said SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! OK, I'm finish!! This is my experience yesterday morning ?@ this Ihop!! Which I will"Never" return!

They were understaffed, two servers were trying to seat new customers, serve all tables and handle online deliveries, so it took them a long while to get us seated and get the orders. Food was great, and servers were really nice. Maybe try another branch/place if you’re short on time.

Store closes at 10 PM. Showed up at 9:05 and they refused to sit us. Said they quit sitting at 9 but nowhere is there a sign or notice that says such. So tried putting a to go order in and was refused that as well. Wife was really set in pancakes so ended up having to order online to the same store that had just refused us service. Horrible customer service.
