I placed a catering order a week ago. I was charged for the order ($220) and assumed it would be ready at the time it was placed for. When I arrived to pick up the order (within the location’s posted operating hours per the website and app), the restaurant was closed and there were no cars in the parking lot. I went to another breakfast place to pick up food for the event and returned to attempt to get a refund after the event. I was told by an employee that their manager was not physically on site, but that she would call me. I never received a call so I called the corporate office and was told that their regional office will have 5 days to follow up with me for a refund. Not sure what is going on at this place, but I wouldn’t recommend doing a catering order.

Please don't waste your money and time it's north worth it. To get the table we have to wait for 9 minutes because waiters was inside the kitchen and to bring the food its take 48 minutes and there is only 2 customer inside the restaurant.

I love this iHop. The gluten free pancakes are great and so is the staff. They are always kind and get my food out promptly. I highly recommend them.
Little wait and I don’t know how they pulled it off with just two servers but they definitely did. The food was good and it’s what you come to expect from IHOP.

Just left this ihop and saw that my review was made in a new email. I am a server who appreciates great service and tip accordingly because of this . Our server Ms.Brenda was simply amazing we ordered our food and she brought it out hot and with a smile... she was so helpful and sweet I hope she realizes how amazing she is

The waitress there made a good meal bad I spent $80 and the waitress was very rude every time we ask for something she was rude with a bad comment and she started taking stuff off the table before we even done eating I had no syrup so I took some off the other table because she took our syrup and did she in front of everyone tell me I have to get to go syrups for my pancakes even though she took the syrup container off the table and started taking place off the table and we were still sitting and eating she was more or less pushing us out the door the before even done eating normally I would have enjoyed spending that much money like I said she made a good meal a bad experience I will never go there again
