Google and their own sign on the door says 24 hrs fri night. Drove there Fri 11pm and it was locked. I would have driven another direction. People were pulling in as we were pulling out. I understand staffing shortage. Then just make it 10pm and save us the trip! Including photos of the sign on the door and the lock.

I made an online order, and of course, they are not going to make it the right way, I asked the lady how I wanted it because the site didn't allow me to ask for it my way, her response: other people do it and it comes out right!At this point, I didn't want to argue with her and ask for it to be made right. I walk out. The lady didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted to return it or for them to fix it. She just walked away. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills, and she looked like she was miserable with her job. I WILL NOT be going to this IHOP AGAIN!

Was seated quickly asked what we wanted to drink. Never brought it, never took our food order, waitress walked up to table next to us 4 times looked around and walked away. We sat there 20 plus minutes. Got up and walked out. Horrible place.

Short detail ? ok. Juan Vozquez ,since the first day I found out I had a broken toe, you mad my day with a smile ,sympathy ,going that extra mile ,for that I thank you. I pray they know what an amazing server you are. It's the little things that you do that makes it amazing to come back to . And one more thing you have great manager too. what is the point of offering curbside pickup if they refuse to bring anything outside and still make you wait 20 minutes after your order was supposed to be ready??? the restaurant was DEAD at the time i ordered —so dead the host had time to be playing on his mobile device when i walked in—and somehow i get ATTITUDE for asking if my order was ready?! what the actual hell is going on at this place???
