Went for Breakfast Feb 27 2024 at around 8am. Management and staff were at it and very loud. Deal with internal problems in a professional manner. It was a competition between them it seems as the problems stem from more than scheduling as being shouted by the supervisor. Really was a terrible experience for

Had to wait to get seated. No big deal. Then the waiter for our area ignored us (2). Waited on a table that sat down after us. A waitress stepped up, we got water, coffee. Order taken, that was it. No silverware, refill or food. We left, offering to pay for our coffee. We will not return. An hour from the time we walked in until we left. Not a good experience. A refill would have kept us there another ten minutes.

Just ok. Ihop used to be a better place back in the day, specially for having brunch on a weekend. They usually are understaffed now, and the meals seem to be prepared in a rush with little to no care. Just an "ok" experience now, barely decent if you are looking for a quick bite.

I haven't been to IHOP in a really long time. I stopped going because the service was so poor. I was pleasantly surprised this time. The food was great and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. They were busy, but we lacked for nothing!
This place is horrible. I went to the free pancakes promotion and it was really a scam. A person came out saying that she was just waiting on the tables and there were no people in the place. I would never recommend going to this place.

To start off the staff was extremely friendly and was able to seat us quickly. They took our drinks orders right away and they were ready to take our order after giving us a few moments to review the menu. The general manager Richard Wilson even took out some time to introduce himself to us and ensure we had everything we needed. For him to take out his time while they were busy was an amazing quality of customer service shown. I appreciate this level of service and I will certainly be back.
Cancelled my 6 AM catering order at 4:30 AM on the morning of the event, really leaving me in a lurch. I pulled it off no thanks to IHOP. Whataburger ended helping me feed 60 people with an hours notice. I know there are staffing issues, but maybe don't take an order you can't fulfill in the first place.
