Our food was cold. Butter didn't melt on waffle. And then the waitress put her finger on my waffle to agree it was cold.Waitress did not engage or attempt to be friendly. Understood that they maybe short handed, and we didn't complain, and I left a 18%tip. Just because I figured, maybe she had a bad day.

I could had eaten somewhere else but I choose to eat at ihop in dripping springs every thing was fine but my hash browns really sucked i left them on my plate they need better cooks idk if I will go back there and eat again that's sad ihop used to be good I hope the new manager finds good help and better cooks idk how it's still in business

I'd skip the pumpkin spice pancakes thoVegetarian options: I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian so there were many options. I went here with my friends at around 8:30pm, and we were one only groups in the whole restaurant, but the waiter was still friendly, accommodating, professional, and immediately brought us our drinks. The food also arrived quickly, and despite the late hour, it was warm and fresh, as well as good quality. Overall, it was a great experience, particularly considering that we were one of the two customers in the restaurant.
Stopped in a few minutes before 7 am almost an hour after opening. We were told we could be served coffee but the cook wasn't there and nobody knew if he was coming.

We've been sitting at the table for 15 minutes before the hostess had to come and wait us for our drinks. The waiter eventually arrived after the waitress give us our drinks. He did not introduce himself but rather gave out jokes, and we have been waiting for nearly an hour since then for our food. We've seen in many other people get their breakfast and food before we did after we arrived. I am disappointed, I will not be coming back here. However one of the waitresses who was not serving us was more hospitable than our own waiter who has barely talk to us or give us any estimated time for our food since ordering. He did not acknowledge us when we tried to call for him either the last time he spoke to us.Our food was not even good, they did not give us all the food. Food was room temperature. Friend got a well done steak when he ordered rare. All us have been very angry.The other waitresses who were kind to us were very sweet and deserved tips more than our designated waiter. As for the manager, he was very kind and polite and understanding. He communicated very nicely and responded to us when we needed our help.

I've always loved IHOP, but I am here after a long time as the last time I came, they took so long to get our order. Tried it again this time, and the server immediately sat us and also took our orders.While our food came out in good time, coffee took a while because our server was having a hard time with another huge table, so to no fault of the server. However, she asked someone else to see to us, which we very much appreciated.The food was amazing and I want to say service was also good.
