The vibes are on point here. The huge oak tree covering the outdoor patio makes it feel like you’ve been transported somewhere in Italy — it’s such a great setting.
This is one of my favorite spots to grab a snack and a glass of wine. I personally love going during the day or for happy hour when it’s a little more relaxed. If you’re looking for more energy and a lively crowd, the evening scene definitely delivers.
Great atmosphere, good design, comforting food and friendly service!

Come here although the ambience is nice the food is absolutely tasteless and borderline gross.
Pistachio gelato and tiramisu were unreal. Mariah was also so friendly!!!

Had a very nice date night for Valentine’s Day. We were seated on the patio but did not feel any less taken care of than those inside.

I hosted my husband’s 40th birthday in their private room and it was fantastic. The food was very tasty, the room was beautiful but the best part was the service. The event staff was very responsive/helpful and our server, Paige, was the icing on the cake. She anticipated our needs, read the room and was truly a joy. Thank you, Il Brutto!!
One of my favorite places for dinner in east Austin. Nice dark moody atmosphere. The broccolini and lamb ragu are exceptional. I’ve been multiple times now, and my experience has been consistent. Shoutout to Juan and Deshaun very knowledgeable bartenders.

The dish that I’ll forever remember - Bottarga & Sea Urchin.
Before having that dish, I didn’t like sea urchin at all. Now - I love it!
Also, had the beef carpaccio and the affogato with pistachio ice cream.
All of it was delicious and I cannot wait to come back.

We sit at the bar more often than not; however always receiving top-notch service.
DaShaun is always our bartender. He is top notch! And makes genuine conversation with his guests. A rare talent, we look forward to our next visit.
