No. I don't want to ADD onions. I want the burger, AS PICTURED ON THE MENU, with onions, with tomatoes, with lettuce, with sauce, with cheese.
IF ONIONS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WITH THE BURGER, WHY ARE THEY ON THE PICTURE? IF I SAY "NO ONIONS," ARE THEY GOING TO LEAVE THE SAUCE ON THE BURGER EVEN THOUGH ONIONS ARE AN INGREDIENT IN THE SAUCE???
Also... why, if I'm IN THE DRIVE- THROUGH, do they ask if I want it to go????? Do they actually think people are ordering at the window just to park the car and eat inside?

Fries extremely bland yet somehow hot and crispy. It's like biting into fried paper.
Ketchup seems like it's a 50/50 water mix bc nothing stuck to the fries.
Burgers so greasy I got nauseous half way thru it and couldn't finish.

Try the double double with extra crispy bacon, onions extra grilled, patties mustard fried, and buns extra toasty. No other veggies, just meat, cheese, onions, bacon, and ketchup. Oh, and animal-style fries. You're in for a treat.
Kid-friendliness: Kinda. If your kid likes burgers and fries.

This In-N-Out is close to where I live and I wish it was better. This location is multiple steps behind other locations in Austin. I’ve never had a correct drive thru order and I mean NEVER. Constantly gets orders incorrect and it’s beyond annoying. Do better.

Absolutely nothing like the In n Outs in California. They use different ingredients— different beef from a packing plant in Texas, different bread for the buns. Even the fries are different somehow. Flavors are average. If you haven’t had In n Out in California before, it should be decent. But as someone who was spoiled with California’s In n Outs for 10+ years, this was really disappointing. Just know that they are not the same!
