Love everything about this place except for the fries. I do see them cut and slice them fresh, and fry them and they still taste like cardboard ?. Maybe unripe potatoes? Who knows.My brother, who lives here in Austin, tried their fries in California and said they were awesome there...By contrast the burgers, the #1 double double, is awesome specially with the yellow peppers

Whaduppppp my Austin people, just got some food and currently reviewing whilst eating so I’m typing with greasy fingers dipped in ketchup. Don’t listen to any of the other reviews. Half of the people are illiterate and go to in and out for dumb stuff like a grilled cheese. Who goes to in and out for a grilled cheese. It’s like going to a steak house and ordering a fish sandwich. The burgers are great for a standard issue cheeseburger. Best place to get a fast food burger. This most recent trip, the drive thru was a little slower than usual. The fries were left cooking a little too long this time around. However the employees were great. I asked the drive thru worker for a “buttload” of ketchup. They did not disappoint.
