Excellent service by Cassandra and her colleagues. She went out of her way to help us get the awesome blackened fish even though it wasn't available for lunch but we had gone there with that expectation, hence making our visit a memorable one.

The teller took 20% without asking me. After I sat the waitress said she would bring me water and ketchup - she never returned. I had to get my own napkins - not delivered without even asking food. The burger was uninspiring. Would not come back to this place.

Great atmosphere, terrible service. Had a reservation for 14 people and they gave our table away. I was the first person to put in my order, my drink came and my food never showed up. All 13 people had their food and they never bothered to check—despite me asking multiples times. After 45min, after our whole group was finished, I finally went and asked for a refund (which they were reluctant to do). Not the ideal experience, maybe they just couldn’t handle the rush?
Service and vibes are fine. But the food we got was just not it. Ordered the nachos and the half chicken. Chicken was bland and dry… not a lot to say about it. Nachos were also dry basically a plate of chips with little queso and fixings. I think the quality of food went down since they opened. Still a good spot just not for dinner.

I ordered pork belly tacos and was very disappointed. Total was $20, which includes a mandatory 20% tip even though I ordered at the counter and got my food to-go. The tacos were very bland and the tortillas tasted stale and dry. Not enough food for the price - see photo. If you want tacos, they are much better (and much cheaper) options nearby. The location of this place is convenient and the atmosphere is nice, which is why I have 2 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience. Came here for my 30th birthday and not only didn’t receive my food that was on the brunch menu they told me they can’t make it after over an hour and everyone else already ate their food and didn’t even offer an apology or substitution. Asked to speak with the manager and he just basically ignored the waiter telling him i wanted to speak to him cause i was told over and over my food would be out soon and after waiting that long an apology at least is expected. Horrible service. Do not come here.

Disorganized and frankly disrespectful for mediocre food.
My friend came here for her 30th birthday and ordered directly off of the brunch menu, after waiting for 30 minutes, they said it wasnt on the menu- after showing them it was on the menu, they then said they would make it and then said after 15 minutes, it is not available until 3 pm. She then asked to speak to the manager AND THEY REFUSED. She did not get her money back!!!!
Spend your money at an establishment that deserves it. This was only one of MANY mistakes made

I recently ate here and was charged for food I never got. I went and told the manager on duty and he assured me that I would have the money refunded for the food I never received. It’s been more than a week and I have yet to get my money back. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would say check you bill and make sure you get what you PAID for.
