I didn't get to go inside cuz my girlfriend picked it up but I did wait in the car while she walked in and grabbed it we ordered about 45 minutes in advance. She really likes this place I think it's a little pricey for what it is. Parking in this area is not terrible so that's a good thing though. I will say I'm sure they're super busy and I'm not surprised they're open late because it's right next to the UT. Overall we could probably get it again but if I had an option I'd probably get something else.

Insomnia Cookies never misses! They have the best cookies—hands down. I always go for the deluxe box because those cookies come out so warm, so soft, and so perfectly moist that it should honestly be illegal.
Shoutout to Marques, who might actually be a cookie psychic. I didn’t even tell him what I wanted, and he picked the exact four deluxe cookies I was craving. I don’t know if he read my mind or my soul, but either way, the man has a gift.

Whoever the staff delivery person was at this location at 3:30pm delivered the cookies but not the ice cream. It’s even on the receipt on the box. Can’t call them, launched complaint through uber eats

There was a hair in my ice cream. I told them — they gave me a new one… that one had a hair too! Two times in a row! Zero hygiene and the worker was super rude even though I was polite. I’ll never eat here again. Totally disgusting. Be careful if you go.

cannot stress enough how awful my experience was with them. they sent a drunk delivery driver to deliver my food, which they never delivered (because they were drunk). food was never delivered and i waited 2 hours. it was through Uber Eats and they were no help either.
had insomnia staff was rlly cool idk about uber eats i have legs so i walk there ykwim but cookies were so good made me fall asleep peacefully

Cool, little cookie shop. As a certified Cookie Monster, this place was a treat. The counter associate was very friendly and polite. The bathroom said out of order, but another customer was allowed to use it.
